200 NS fuel indicator
Guys, I got my NS delivered yesterday.
The showroom guy gave the bike with 1L of petrol and I got another 7L filled. The tank can take another 5L more but the fuel level indicator shows that the tank is fully filled. Has any one faced the same issue?Last edited by jaggaraju16; 07-28-2012, 05:25 PM.

Its not an Issue. The Digital Indicator is like a Mobile Battery Indicator.(even if there is 80% charge, the Bar will be Full.Originally posted by jaggaraju16 View PostGuys, I got my Black Mamba (black NS) delivered yesterday.

No, actually I will again be changing the oil, at the next service, that is at 500-750kms. Also, once you pour in the Dtsi oil, the next official oil change is 3rd service not 2 nd service. So, though I will be spending more this how my Oil change pattern will be. 90kms (self / cheap mineral oil) > 700kms (SVC centre, Bajaj Dtsi Oil (Semi Syntheitc) > 2500kms (Motul Synthetic)Originally posted by Shibadip View Post@rahuldevnath, I know its good to change oil in the 1st 100Kms mark.
But had a long term doubt on this one.
I guess u have changed the Oil by yourself, and since u will be changing the oil on next 750km interval, that means u wont require oil change in the 1st service.
So wont that Hamper your Warranty if any engine problem occurs??
(I say this as there wont be any proof that you have changed the oil within proper interval; for which Bajaj might reject the warranty)Been There, Done That; Better!

Cool pattern. I will be following the same then.Originally posted by rahuldevnath View PostNo, actually I will again be changing the oil, at the next service, that is at 500-750kms. BTW, @90km (self / cheap mineral oil) - May I know the Brand, and How cheap it was??sigpicRelationships change, evolve, and it goes deep.

Here's my Ride

Got it yesterday, rode it to Home from Bangalore - straight from showroom - for 140 Kms in the night. No Problems yet. Just a minor issue as faced by many here - noise from rear disc brake - that too from today morning. Will try to wash it. Managed to keep below 4500 RPM and speed around 45-55. Sometimes reached almost 67 while overtaking. Other Pros - EVERYONE KNOWS. I must say the headlight is great.
Here are some pics:

I'm not a good photographer. Have posted the ones which i took somehow.
Pardon me if they are bad.

, I asked those svc guys they didn't know, so i asked them anyway to change the oil, they filled 1.2liters of dtsi oil. So is it fine or should I buy another mineral oil
I installed the central stand
