DIY thread
It would be very helpful if someone posts in the DIY thread the procedure to
1. Change the engine oil
2. Remove saree guard and tyre hugger
3. Install front mud flaps of P220
4. Install voltmeter
5. Clean the rear disc pad to avoid the squeaking sound
Is the tank pad for 200ns available in the shops now??Its not the speed.....it is all about the skill !!!!

For me cold idling RPM is about 1.3k and when hot, the engine RPM becomes about 1.8k at idling. Also with choke the cold RPM is something like 4k. Is that normal??Originally posted by Hiteshjain6188 View PostHey Guys, could some of you post your yor cold and heated engine Rpms while idling so that i could have an idea about apt Rpms to set.
1k RPM??Originally posted by vinay 200 ns View PostCold 1 RPM Heated 1.3 If ridden more in traffic some times it reaches till 1.5 Max
Let the BAL know about this bugger dealerOriginally posted by vin_amulya View PostHyderabadies, who are all booked in Siddi Vinayaka Bajaj, check your bike properly while taking delivery.
today i went there for booking and they are ready to deliver within a day.
But when we went to godown, there were some NS's. my friend wanted TD, the sales executive lady told us to take the black bike standing infront of us and she also told this bike was already booked.. I was like

.
out of my curiosity i asked where is the TD registered bike?? answer was "We don't have any such bike and we are giving these bike for TD from the beginning itself"... I clarified the same thing with one more male executive (some times women may go wrong
) but the answer was same and to add that he was confident that he gave all the booked bike for TD

I was not satisfied with there words and came back.

Which SVC is best in pune for servicing. One of my friends got his NS services from Sai Services, Balgandharva and they didn't do the work to satisfaction. Later he went to the SVS at "Paud Fata" and he said they resolved his issues well. And as they have KTM service center there they are much better skilled there. It would be helpful if people recommend about best SVCs.Last edited by nilesh14587; 08-21-2012, 12:25 PM.Two roads diverged in a wood, and I--

Hope we get replies for it. I think we already have DIYs for changing LED to red, putting a flap to cover the rear wheel.
Yes it does. It stalls even at 1.1k RPM. Just slowly increase the throttle to 2 to 2.5k RPM and then leave it. It will idle at 1.3 or 1.4k rpm without stalling.Originally posted by Shibadip View PostDoesn't the engine stall at 1 RPM??sigpic

4K is not a problem, mine with choke comes from 3.5-3.7 KAnyone driving slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster than you is a maniac.

It started and stayed that way? Good for youOriginally posted by vinay 200 ns View PostNo it wont.. Today surprisingly with single self bike started that too with Bangalore climate was cloudy & it was in 1RPM. normally my bike takes 2-3 self in the mornings.

Even my NS starts at 1k RPM but sometimes it stops immediately. Opening the throttle a little helps it to stay at a comfortable RPM without stalling. I never use choke as well. Is this way wrong?
