Well , 130/70 one is not available with the local dealer here , but he suggested the Zapper Q 140/70-17 with TUBE for me , he said it provide better grip than the Revz...though I like the look of the Revz...but thats a 140/60-17 , the one on the Duke...Originally posted by dipxmebh View Postwhich tyre are you going for????i am going for rev z (rear)...the price here is 3k(130/70)
The Curvy profile is because of the tyre not the rims...Originally posted by Hiteshjain6188 View PostIsn't the curvy profile due to the rims of the bike or is it tyres ?
If the MRF rev z will look as low profile as FZ on my NS ?
" will it look as low profile as the FZ ? "...well I'm not very sure about that...but the dealer said that it would fit easily on the NS...the 140 one...
so I guess it would look almost the same as it looks on the Duke...if not , even the Zapper Q looks pretty good , but also is a bit heavy than the Revz 140...
Also, if mud splash is not an issue you can get rid of the tyre hugger & the saree guard...NS will look much much better without these...I'll do it in the 1st service...

True...the rear tyre hugger makes the 200 NS look like the 135 LS...Originally posted by Shibadip View PostSomeone had earlier posted a pi of a yellow ns with the tyre huggers removed.
it looked good.
Though some of my friends say that it looks good but I think they are just jealous & don't want any more oomph on my P 200 NS
I even tride to remove it at my place but couldn't find any driver that fits into those screws

1. Zapper q is bullsh*t... No way better than revz. Even zapper c is betten than q
2. 140/60 revz is from fz.. not duke. Duke is 150 section
3. 130/70 is revz-s
4. 140/60 will look funny on ns rim... Tire will become round and its an extreamely puncture prone tyre...
5. Do have a look at dunlop tuff grip...not bad...This Tail Is Japani Tail (spell as you like)

feeling soo bad

Scene:
Raining from the past 4hrs and my expression "raining cats and dogs with occational sightings of a buffalo"
. Roads clogged with water almost upto knee deep. Deep potholes everywhere and a few crazy cab drivers (morons)
too...
We don't need to go elsewhere for off-roading, just need to ride on Bangalore roads (really bad)..
Result:
Not ONCE did my beast splutter or turn Off... It got me great deal of confidence...
As far as the tires are concerned, it lost composure just once that too on concrete... I didn't drive more than 60kmph at any point of time and was a little cautious @corners, so for daily commute these tires are more than sufficient...

- Dunlop is difficult to find here @ ahmedabad...I'll ask some local friends about this though...

help please
Hi all
i've a problem with my front brake
My bike's front brake disc rubs with the disc pad without applying the brake. the svc said its normal for a new brake. now its making severe noise post 45kmph.
recently my front wheel started wobbling too.
is this something related to the brake. or wheel bearings ?
@experienced people, please help

well i used the stock pathetic tvs tires on my flame for 20k and used to scrap my footrest and create sparks... But that does not mean that the tires were good... They were the world's crappiest tyres... I just knew how to control the tires while my friends never dared to ride ip on rains... Now my main question is i dont want to use 50% of my concentration on tyres in order to enjoy my bike... I would like to give 100% concentration on the road and balance and leave the tyres to do their duty... And one can never replicate panic braking... I got the liberty to rip one ns to its limits and just ripped the hell out of it with extreame drifting in gaps... The tyres are bad no doubt... For someone do is a normal rider its okay but for super fun, u need super tires... There is a difference between skidding and slipping... This tire firsts skids then suddenly slips if you dont modulate the brake... Hit a very wet road and give a blast of acceleration in 1st gear... It slips badly...tested it...Originally posted by sayank10bajaj should have offered specially developed for pro-bikers sticky tyres which are not life threatening
.
just 350 kms ridden and people are screaming out their opinion, gosh.
i road my passion with local tyres for 27000 km,poor grip but never felt that i am dying.
for gravel roads in kolkata ping me,i sure know thousand of themThis Tail Is Japani Tail (spell as you like)

I don't know if this is the right solution , but the same thing happed years ago on my P150. had a feeling that the tyres were wobbling...Originally posted by acash View PostHi all

But a local mechanic checked it out and found only the front disc had become loose. Else every thing was OK. after his simple tightening, the bike rode fine.. no issues..sigpicRelationships change, evolve, and it goes deep.

personally used zapper q 100/90 x 18 and threw it away after 2k kms... My friend is using zapper q 110/90 x 18 and planning to throw away.. Another friend used 120/80 x 18 and went to hospital... My friend is using zapper q 130/70 x 17 on his cbr150(stock tires) and i found grip is better but no where near revz or a zapper vyde... Actually q is very good in dry...it sticks like glue...but once its rains its a different story... And going to hospital is easiest if you hit sand with zapper q... Trust me i have a hell lot of exp with tyresOriginally posted by nishant.sukharia View Post- You sure about the Zapper Q ? I mean did you personally use it ?
