osl thakurpukur.instead of showing me ns they were busy with checking out my new helmet.when i asked about finance they gave me a rough estimation of discover st,pretty ignorant.
i would suggest not to fit revz.
and the question remains why do i race?

why not revz s? Because of puncture? I confirmed with my friends who have v2 and none of them had one till date.. I will install slime liquid sealant inside the tire sn that it doesn't leak air...

Ok thanks, But this leaves me in a dilema.. The dealer told he will be using only one bike for TD purposes.(though its a bike of another owner pending delivery)

i don't think revz will be a direct fit,you are good to go with psd.

On the left side of the gear box, the black plug like thing (no idea what it is called) was glued on the sides. I could feel the gum when i touched it (the same which is used to stick glass I guess). Can someone tell me what it is and why is it glued. chasis was looking good, and the lower portion of the bike had some dirt on it. Forgot to check the oil and coolant level. And also did not ride it. looked for scratches on body panel, noted down the VIN, and strictly asked the showroom guy to never allow anyone to ride it. I'm planning to bring it this week, and another issue is that I am not a resident of Bhopal, and am here to pursue my studies. So what all will be the documents i will have to provide? (sorry for the ot)
Someone please give me an answer...

the glued thing,i don't know what are you talking about but today i saw a ns in showroom which had some glue applied on crank-case,weird.
you have to provide valid residence adress if you are paying full amount upfront ,things are different in case of finance option.

I guess it was the thing which is encircled in the picture. And ya, it's full payment option. Can you quote what all comes under valid residential addresses?

                        • First Service Done

The amount I paid was 537/- (Actually 540/-, no change )

                          444/- Bajaj Dtsi oil 20W50
                          85/- Oil Filter

I asked for a coolant top up but they said it was enough to run upto the next service.

Also, this oil runs for 1000-1500 kms according to the svc. And he didn't know whether it was mineral SS or FS.
                          Could anyone confirm/add to this?

this also puts me to dilema.. why dont you send someone and tell him to ask for a test ride on your particular bike so that you can catch them red handed...

Ya, I have the same Idea. I will be going today to make the final payment. The dream of being a detective will come handy today Will wait outside for sometime to see on which bike the dealer gives for the TD, and then will go note the VIN, and see if it matches the VIN of the earlier Test bike (which sctually is not a Test bike!!)
