what I was stating was the shift from 1st to second gear...

from then on engine started to stall even at 1.5k rpm n tried tuning the afr no use
so i visited the SVC again he tired for some time,he couldn't figure out the problem so he removed almost every part of the bike cleaned air filter,carburator every thing took approx 2hrs
to get it all ready again and engine stopped stalling but acts awkward after leaving the throttle it acts as if it ran out of petrol but taught it might go away within the time so i took it directly to home and after parking i saw that bike was leaking petrol so went back all the way to SVC centre at 7pm it was almost closing but the mechanic was good guy fixed it took approx another 20mins
