The last time I asked them the waiting period was 15 days. Could you confirm if the waiting period has increased or decreased?Originally posted by tejas1509 View PostI would rather be riding my bike thinking of God, than sitting in the temple thinking of my bike.

Hello guys,
Can all of you who came on the trip send me a PM?
So i can forward the link with all the pics to you rather than posting them here.
In all probability this message will get buried very soon, so those of you who read this please ask those you know to PM me...

I do shift at proper RPM. I always put my bike in neutral after using engine kill(very old habit).Originally posted by sayank10 View Postyour bike is new,gear-shift may feel hard at times.
always shift at proper rpm to get smooth transmission.
try to put it in neutral after using engine-kill.
lastly check your engine oil level.
how to check engine oil level???

Hey man another thing I do find engine getting hot after a small ride, get the oil smell( as if oil is on fire, that one
)

Yeah, I understand that tyres do have a run-in period. I have clocked 506 by today. Today I encountered a new problem.
Engine - Engine is not all that smooth as it used to be. I has acquired a new roughness for some reason.
Could it be that Engine oil is low since I have clocked 500+? Would it be ok if I give it to service on Saturday(odo would roughly be around 580 by then)?
I do not want to ruin my engine

I own an RTR 160 right now, and am considering selling it and getting the 200NS. I'll be using it for 60-40 city-touring, so how is the touring capabilities of this bike? Being a Pulsar, I assume it will be good in city riding. But how is the rider comfort for long hours etc. for touring?
And Bangalore guys, please do list out TVS centers where you've had good service at.----------

for the past two days, at morning i see the oil spilled on my rear tyre inner rim, bellow the brakes.
is it a brake oil leak???

and moreover i feel like the clutch its extended further apart from the handle bar !!
i need to find a good service centre...
