BTW, you should check out my Destiny as well. I too like to keep her in Showroom condition. I am sure @Sagar uses Dashboard polish on the matt plasctic areas.

Thanks a lot guys I just clean it everyday with a microfibre cloth before taking it out..and once in three days, i clean it with a wet cloth ( even the alloys ).. It takes almost 2 hours but the way it looks when completely clean makes the hard work worthwhile I Didnt use dashboard polish yet..Because some people are saying that if i dont apply it properly, it will spoil the bike what should i do ??

          • My Odo: 98kms

Today I was continuously riding for ~35 kms under intense traffic, after about 25kms, I was able to feel very hot air coming off on the left near the gear pedal, is this normal, it continue until I cleared off from the traffic. Is this normal?
Or should I mention about this in the 1st service?

Its just the radiator fan switching on. But next time onwards take breaks in between to avoid overheating.

Check your AFR and idling rpm buddy. I used to get 40 kmpl and when i reduced the idle RPM, it increased to 44 kmpl.

bike is idling at 1.2 when cold and 1450 when hot... Afr is also bit on leaner side... Tuned my bike yesterday only... Should i reduce te idling even further?

1.2k idling is ok...mine idles at 1.1k when cold and 1.4k when hot. I havent tuned my Afr yet. How did you calculate the mileage? Reserve to reserve or tank full method? And which petrol are you using? Some petrol bunks sell slightly adulterated petrol..If all this isnt the reason, then the try turning the AFR screw 2 times clockwise and check again..

But In those 50+ kms there was always a Feeling that there is no petrol if the RPM is kept constant (not fixed to any particular range of RPM), but when I twisted the throttle, the Bike picks up speed with ease. Strange thing is when she went to reserve, there that snatchy feeling was absolutely not there.
I had asked about that once before at the SVC and know what he said? "The 200NS comes with an auto-choke. It's perfectly normal" I was like ! Told him to allow me to show him the little choke just behind the engine and his reaction on seeing it was "hauda?!" ("really" in kannada)! Suddenly felt like I knew more about the 200NS than those guys! The thought scared me, and I felt what would these guys have done to my vehicle had I not been there to WATCH the first service! It just shows how incompetent a few of these servicemen are, and how it's all clear why many people here on this thread have complained of new problems creeping up after the 1st service is over.
Sarcasm is my automatic response to stupidity.
