They did not replace the oil filter which is very disappointing. I replaced it yesterday and also got all the nuts and bolts tightened by a torque wrench.
Really, that's fast miles munching... Keep Up..
What's ur chain slackness now? I remember my chain slackness being very minimal. Will measure it sometime.
and which particular Nuts did you tighten. I can see from naked eye that the Left side Nut of visor is Out (loosely tightened) than the Right side Nut (tight enough)

Mileage (Rough estimate) is around 32-33 kmpl. (This being averaged out on a distance of 760 kms, with average speed of 65kmph)
Oh god. I think It has been almost a Month since we discussed ur bike's gear issue.

I find Trip 2 very helpful. Was there in earlier Pulsars as well.
I keep Trip 2 dedicated for Mileage calculation. And then Use the Trip 1, for Calculating the distance to Office, or to a Special Friend's house, or kms covered during a Particular outing.

Arey na na, the gear issue is not much, i thought it might be because of improper shifts, and I still think so, because I didnt face any issues in my recent ride (trip log coming up in a few days time). Hence didnt go. rest other things were sorted out apart from vibrations. But all was done in a hurry as I had to leave for my trip.

Guys Guys! I think I had put in a wrong way, I'm still hovering around 4.5K! I wanted to know if anybody has crossed 10K, and his issues if any.

BTW pictures of 10K or the mobile charger?

I am using the DTSi oil and i guess it ~ 3k kms old.
Hm.. chaining to FS oil, post 5K will remove lot of vibes! I'm yet to check on 200NS but it did on 220 at least!

              • Guys, here are the first photos of my Apollo ∞! And btw, can someone tell me what the open tube shown in the pictures is for? It's located to the right side of the engine, just below the coolant level indicator.

Dont know abt 10k but here is a pic of my ODO with a little blurring ..

But i Guess guessing the first digit is not a hard task here given the wrench icon on top... :P

nice pics! btw i tuned the AFR as per your instructions and it worked like a charm! engine sounds much more smoother and a lot less vibes at all RPMs.. i tried touching 70 again and suprisingly there was no increase in vibes at all! i had to actually look at the speedo to confirm the speed..

just my thought.. but people having issues with vibes at certain RPMs may have something to do just with the AFR tuning?

and if my memory serves me correct that tube is for coolant overflow.. may be wrong though..

that sure looks like 7777! but the wrench icon comes at 450, 4950, 9950, etc.. so a bit confused..

Thanks! And it's my pleasure to help! Well, I don't know if the afr has anything to do with vibes..told you I'm an amateur, didn't I? The senior members can help you out. And thanks for the open pipe clarification! I was starting to think if someone from my college did that!
