- In 5th & 6th gear within 5K to 6K rpm range, bike jerks (discovery).
- Low engine oil indicator comes up even though oil level is adequate (discovery).
- Brakes. They saved me from a near to death experience. I would dare to say that they are on par with R15.
- Seat. Absolute delight. Though not completely saddle-sore free, but a lot more comfortable.
- Same is with riding stance.
- Overall performance on highway is more than satisfactory.
- Handling so confident inspiring that I myself did not know when I left my comfort zone and started hitting corners at high speeds and low leaning angles. She made a corner junkie out of a tourer. Mind you, all this with a saddle bag and a backpack tied up on it.
- Bike (being naked) suffers a lot of wind resistance and high speed runs (post 115) become little difficult.
- Fuel efficiency takes hit due to above problem. My FE was almost close to CBR250R on highways. At high altitudes (post 10K) you see more drop in FE.
- Tyres have excellent grip on dry roads, good grip on wet roads, no grip on muddy / gravel / sand surface.
- Altitude sickness depends on air density at the point of climb a lot. I faced jerks and breathlessness in bike while climbing Khardung-La. But while climbing Chang-La, at one point, bike just stalled and would not start. When tried after 10 minutes, bike started and climbed well.
- Rear suspension is little hard for off roading. Need to check at what level is the current setting.
- Got to test radiator fan due to continuous 1st & 2nd gear riding and exhaust fully merged in water in various water crossings.
- Front disk pad completely burnt and caused damage to the disk plate as well.
- Chain became very loose resulting in a lot of noise and a jerky throttle.
- Rear mudguard became loose.
- Some radiator fins are bent. Need to check if they can be straighten up without any damage.
No plans of writing travel blog yet. And that's why putting it shortly here. Also posting 2 of the pics. One was taken on GT highway (close to Ambala) and there other was during Chang-La climb on our way to Pangong. Enjoy!

). I have many times started from standstill it in 2nd gear on flat roads in traffic without raising rpm beyond 3000. Once did it in 3rd gear as well by mistake.
I feel bike lugging only if rpm drops below 2000rpm. I mostly drive keeping rpm within the range of 2-3.5k
They are not as good as they should have been. Can't get good rear look. Are they made up of flat glass and not the usual concave mirrors??

.... wondering whether he is aware of this or not
