Re: Pulsar 200 NS
Better go for alternate. Blow out is serious for 2 wheelers especially during night when balance itself is guided by intuition. Safe riding.Originally posted by yogesh_hooda View PostDear what to do when the required and rated tyre is not available anywhere around you.Safe riding prolongs life (bike & rider & public)

Re: Pulsar 200 NS
it was not any major patch that is repaired but a small crack of 1 inch approx and tha too on the outer side only. Nothing was traced on the inner side. Dat allowed air to leak in two to three days.Originally posted by Prith View PostBetter go for alternate. Y did you go for lower Profile tyre?
You can get MRF Revz-s 130/70 rear tyre... R15 V2 rear tyre...
Its a Perfect fit for our NS.. No Mileage drop or what so ever...

Throw the Tyre and get MRF Revz-s
One of my friend has crack in Threads...
few Replaced it before something goes wrong....
I replaced mine at 2k kms itself... using MRF Revz-s since then.... Excelent grip and imrpoved braking...
Cost me 3.2k here in chennai...
Just change it, dont put your life into trouble by using cheap tyres...Last edited by bondarun; 11-08-2013, 11:33 AM.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS
Have you found any solution?Originally posted by Ajay.vinod View PostGuys can you tell me whats the use of Saree guard in p200ns?
It aint giving a spot for keeping the foot, more likely the left foot
I exclusively chose p200ns over duke because of pillion seat n ride comfort
Planning to buy the bike next week
My mother may sit on the pillion seat once in a while for travelling. But I cant see the provision to keep her foot in the saree guard
What should I do? weld a piece?
Is there anyone here who have a Women pillion rider(who wears saree). Can you tell me, are they comfortable?

Bro another 300 kms you manage with present oil itself. That's the best thing to do.Originally posted by Newrider88 View PostMoutul engine oil is too costly RS 500/lt 20w50.Since my bike is only 160 km on odo so can i use castrol for next 300 km (before first service ) ?

Hi,
My mom (51 yrs old) regularly rides with me on the NS and apart from the initial trouble she has in getting on the bike, there doesnt seem to be any issue with comfort. I havent added anything to the saree guard.Blood, Sweat and Gears - Enough Said.

Do the Run in Period...
Change your Engine oil after 2k kms... stick with Bajaj oil till then...
Dont rush in...
Bajaj oil is not that bad, they just give up 2k kms itself..
So ppl prefer Motul anytime over it...

Forget about its working now as winter approaches, still if you want, ride your bike for a long stretch and then let it idle for 3-4 min,if still not working, have it checkedOriginally posted by deep007 View Postguy's i have never see my radiator working ...can u please explain how ,when the radiator starts to work..

Re: Pulsar 200 NS
Don't worry much. Your radiator gets activated when really ur engine needs it. Coolant also helps cooling. I have seen it working after continuous ride of 135 kms on top speed.Originally posted by Anuj_Gupta View PostForget about its working now as winter approaches, still if you want, ride your bike for a long stretch and then let it idle for 3-4 min,if still not working, have it checked
