I have posted the picture multiple times, I will post again for your convenience, forget the term "fuel screw", just turn the screw as I said and be happy, 3.5 turn counterclockwise and then keep unscrewing very slowly till you find the "sweet spot" at this setting the power delivery would be smooth and there won't be any lack of acceleration on any RPM (Called "flat spot") the perfect mixture is always between 3.5 to 3.75 turns.

Here's the picture of the screw, you can see the brass screw in the picture, that's the AFR screw which you need to turn.

Stupid vBulletin script, xBhp owners should have gone with phpBB, way better forum script. I guess the way vBulletin handles URLs with special character such as "space" "@" etc. needs to be updated, this go damn script from the ancient age does not encode them to hex like "%20" "%40" etc. Not to mention, it's full of bugs.

Could you send me a PM? I can not send you a PM as I can't access your profile, just click my profile and click "Send Private Message".

Here are some pics of the CEAT Zoom XL 140/70-17 H rated rear tyre which I got installed on my 200 yesterday.
The first thing I noticed was increased ride height , which is good. The tyre is still new as I've clocked just 30-40 kms on this one , but the grip is better than the Eurogrips especially while tipping the bike into a corner.
Took the bike out for a spin on the highway & I noticed that the speed of the bike is increased i.e on the Eurogrips , I used to hit 100 kph @ 7k RPM & 70 @ 5k RPM but now the bike attains 105 @ 7k & 74 @ 5k rpm. Also , this one gives better feedback than the Eurogrip & the bike feels more planted especially @ high speeds.

My 200NS engine oil holding capacity is 1.3L+. When I change engine oil do I need to fill it to the brim or excess or lesser than capacity. If I fill 1L will it be a problem?

You may be bit quicker actually (assuming you've switched from stock 130/70 17 Eurogrip's) !

Seeing you after a long time.
Any way, I have few questions about the tyre:-
                    1. Price?
                    2. I know little early but any major affect on mileage?
                    3. How would you compare this to mrf revz with 130/70?
                    4. Any speedo error due to upsize?

Tyre is looking just amazing man

yeah bro , came here after a long time as I didn't had much to write about.
                        1. Price is around 3200-3500 bucks here in Ahmedabad. (including installation)
                        2. I am at 10k on odo & the last time when I calculated the mileage was when I was @ 3k , so I won't be able to tell the drop in mileage if any. But I think it will drop a little cuz this one is a little heavier than the stock one & the contact patch is larger too.
                        3. I've never ridden an NS with revz so I can't comment on this one.
                        4. The rear wheel will never generate any error because the speedometer cable is attached to the front wheel & not the rear. Although , as I said there is a 4-5% increase in the speed.

                            Hello Friends..

First of all.. A Very Happy New Year to all of you..

Seems i was missing a lot as i was not following thread from last few days due to some reasons.

I am facing a few problems, a few observations of mine.. here i go..

2 Weeks ago i got my bike serviced and i had decided to go for Motul 7100 this time, but the service center (Dewan Bajaj, Okhla Phase 3, Opposite Modi Mill, New Delhi) said that they are running out of Motul and Suggested AGIP 10W40 oil and they said they are preferring the same oil for Dukes and Ninjas. I was not in condition to go out and get Motul so decided to go on.

1st Issue: They charged me Rs.150/- for chain wash and Rs.150/- for lubricating chain. Do you all thing this is a justified amount. One can but Motul chain lube for 500/- approx and can use it for minimum 10 times for chain spray. I am thinking of to escalate this to Bajaj. Kindly Suggest.

2nd Issue: I had faced this earlier too, gear shifting is a bit hard along with harsh feel of engine running after the bike run a good 15 - 20 kms. Is this because of oil or this is in behavior of NS.

3rd Issue: I am facing this from almost 2 months but this is increased after the temperature had started going down in Delhi. Whenever i start my bike in the morning or evening after a long rest, bike get started in 1 or 2 click but when i accelerate after that, engine kills itself. This problem remains till the engine maintain a good temperature and usually happen only at initial acceleration. I feel this is something related to AFR screw. Any part inside carb which is not working fine and is faulty. Something made of rubber gets shrink due to low temp and come to original state after getting hot. Though i stated the same issue while giving bike for service but they tried to get rid of this saying this is normal in winters and i did not argued as it was not worth to waste time in arguing with them.

4th Issue: I had seen fellow NS users saying their millage 40 - 50 KMPL but i had not got anything more then 33 - 35 KMPL from the day i am using NS. I usually ride in city traffic and 30% - 40% on highways sometimes. I always try to maintain speed more then 60 KMPH depending on traffic and normally ride high speeds only.

I am done with 21000 on ODO. Apart then few vibes and few small issues like above said, i am fully enjoying riding NS and over all satisfied with my Bike.

The only thing which make me get frustrated of Bajaj is their service center. Can't they open a few company owned and operated service center which are not money minded and where Bajaj Engineers takes care of our bikes (Just a suggestion which i am going to write them soon)

Thanks to all of you in Advance.

I believe KMPH to RPM are same for almost everyone who all are running either on stock or equivalent.
