First of all let me start by telling that I'm by no means an expert or any mechanical/automobile engineer. I'm just a student of arts in a rural college and I did not try to offend you or anything.

BTW using the xBhp Connect app you should be able to post, IDK if your cellphone support it, the problem is due to the way Opera Mini serves pages (Trust me, this problem has been with Opera Mini since eternity), it first loads the page to it's servers then compresses to .obml (Opera Binary Markup Language) file and sends to client. Most of the times it causes incompatibly with php SessionID leading to error as the pages are cached earlier, OM was never really compatible with AJAX I think anyway. Try other clients like Bolt or Teashark or even UCWEB.

Back to servicing brake calipers, here's a picture of the rear brake assembly covered under the tire hugger
You need to remove those 2 Allen bolts with 5mm Allen key.

After that it would look like this

Well, I guess from here you can take the lead.

Sorry, could not provide any better pictures, I do not have access to a 200NS on my own.
I am back!

Hey guys, don't you think its getting really OT.
Mechanical engg or not.. Diploma.. IIT.. We are not kids here. Many members here are from IT sector, but have way more knowledge about bikes and all. This shown that doing engineering in a certain branch doesn't give you the liberty to brag about it.
So stick to your biking problems, helping others here and keep any type of ego out of this site.
I myself am a Mechanical Engg. (Yea, i have completed in engg.) so know what we learn in colleges. Better stop this all.
Btw anuj, diploma is as tough as B.Tech. So don't say things like this. Cleaner, carry on mate. Looks like you are the only one here to stick with biking.

NOTE: plz don't quote this post. Don't like what i wrote, leave it. No offence meant to anybody.

Ride safe and have fun.
Regards
Nadeem

Else, check for battery connections.

It is NOT normal.
the changes when revving and idling are minute tbh. hardly noticeable

Happy New Year to all riders!
Had a silly minor fall today.. .. *the wheelies*.. lost control when braking cos front tyre slipped. just the crash guard bent.

Also after a couple of kms, that lack of power range vanished. Any suggestions?
Carb tuning needed I guess, may be little on the leaner side so you experienced flat spot on a cold engine. When the engine warmed up, it vanished. When you start the bike after storing for a few days, put it in first gear and with ignition off, push the bike for a few feet. It should circulate the oil properly and unstuck stuck clutch plates.

Told you to get a crash cage, I knew a fall was imminent

So, today on 1st Jan, woke up at 5 am, thought to do something, took my bike, went to vrandavan for Krishna ji darshan and his blessings, my God, MAN frozen like ice on 140's on YEW(Yamuna express way) ,I'm a fan of yew, the road, the view, and the stretch makes me to go again and again, only problem IS the hefty toll tax. Still it was fun.
No photos, left my cell at home (dumb)
And haven't changed engine oil yet, my lazy ass.

mods add the above to the first post please, tired of explaining. Thanks to that photo that showed the wrong directions turning the AFR screw.
What do you mean by fuel scree? You mean that screw shown in image is fuel scree? Please confirm and if possible post a picture
