The riding has been mostly on highways... this regarding the rear tyre.

Still 15,000 km for rear seems very less, It should last 25,000 km.. :| My monthly riding goes till 3,500 - 4,000 km looking at stats every 4-5 month I will have to spend 8k on rear tyre :O ...

(I ain't D390 Owner though)

I think they have used Motol 15W50 fully synthetic.. That's what they've used for my bike.. it's green in color and more expensive than Motol 10W50.. KTM recommended is 10W50 (semi-synthetic)..

That heat from the engine isn't going to damage the radiator but what you must be cautious of is if you're standing at a long signal, you don't want to let the engine soak the heat up. The thing with the radiator is it takes the heat away from the engine and then cools it.. but if you turn off the radiator fan and let the engine stand by itself to lose the heat, then you are asking for the metal block to transfer the heat into the ambient air. Altough it isn't damaging, I don't need to tell you that it is not the most efficient way of heat transfer and the whole point is to avoid the block taking all the heat. So, although it is a bit of fuel wasting it would be best to not let the engine go through that heat-cool cycle and I would let the fan atleast keep the engine at the temp it currently is and once moving, it is normal.
Under normal conditions the fan doesn't switch-off even after 10 mins. I tried it at-least thrice so now I am keeping the engine on for a while (around a min after stopping) and then switching it off in traffic signals. Hope this should be ok for the bike.

It is 926 per litre. So 1481 for engine oil only. A total cost of 2142 including coolant, filter etc

1st or 2nd service?
DukeDey junaid12345678

got the bike after 1st service. total cost 1100/-. i changed spark plug too as it was heavily used to rectify the starting trouble. now the bike starts just like a honda unicorn. a simple small press and it fires up so easily. no stalling too...
there is marginal difference after oil change and service...but i think the engine is smoother now.
i was very busy, so could not go and see the work yesterday, but they say the timing of the bike was incorrect and it needed some valve adjustments. though these words fell like a bomb on me, bike seems to be okay after 120 kms. no oil leaks from head or unwanted noises.
washing sucks, if you care for paint and got an eye for detail then never let others wash your vehicle. my tank now has lot of swirl marks which was not there before.

BTW while returning i had to ride with 0 DTE in console. last it showed 35 km to go, but all of a sudden it went to 0. i was shocked, rode very sedately and reached bunk and filled up full.
now i take it till 7k, yeah man, its fun above 6k... by the time i reached back after 100 kms the chain is loose and thud sound is back in 1 st gear.
psr
the fan wont stop so easily, hence i idle for good 30 seconds and i shut off, all i think is, it should get proper oil circulated before getting off.
I'm a responsible rider. It doesn't matter what you ride, but what matters is how you ride.

The chain guard slaps at the saree guard and the mud guard (near the monoshock). Maybe, just maybe this is where the thud/slap sound is coming from.

Some one already mentioned the chain guard vs saree guard in previous posts

Try to idle for at least 1 minute before switching off, if the radiator fan is running..

Yes, as suspected that is the 300v factory line. It comes in 15W50 and is green in color. It is a very good oil. Don't worry. I find 300v better than 7100.
