Congrats bro. Happy mile munching. Btw u got to choose the bike from a lot OR only a single bike was there?
    Also, some thoughts-
    1. How is the horn- Is it single or dual?
    2. That rear tail looks ugly. Why don't u try this-

What polish? Teflon coating. Do they charge extra?
I got a Jopasu Teflon coating given by showroom on my previous bike ZMR & the results were really gud. They charged Rs.500/- for 4 times/year. I tried the same thing with different polishes but couldn't get the same effect.

This would be happening in first gear and its normal with 390s

It's pretty loud even with the db killer. But you won't wake any neighbors..

Guys, just refueled and checked the mileage, was surprised to see 17 kmpl. I usually get ~24 in full city riding.

I checked all the things like pressure, chain slack and lubrication, engine oil, coolant everything is normal and just like when I was getting 24 kmpl. Any help on what might be the problem?

Hello riders , have a small doubt.
I am out searching for a bike. Is their anyone in this community with a height of 5'12" - 6'2" ? I am close to 6' and my knees touch the tank of the bike. Felt uncomfortable while taking a test drive with a pillion. Does the body adapt to it or is it really a problem?

No. It's actually personal opinion. Though admittedly yes, the Duke 390 is a little uncomfortable for tall ppl (6ft plus). I've also seen the same in many reviews.

Yes it just matters like personal choice some would find it comfortable and some would find it uncomfortable.

It's the way we sit on the bike that makes it feel that way. I'm 6ft 1in and when I went to pick up my RC 390, I tried the Duke 390 after sitting on the RC and it felt very very cramped. I felt the tank was hurting my legs. I wanted to buy the RC anyway so I bought it.

Now, my friends own Dukes, both 200 and 390, and we exchange bikes once in a while. I'm used to the seating now and I feel I have just the right amount of space and I'm totally comfortable on the Dukes.

The bikes that I am the most uncomfortable on are Yamaha R15 and Ninja 300.

Yes, I am 6 and it was bit uncomfortable with the knees early on but after few days on saddle you'll automatically get adjusted to a comfortable position.
Don't worry, it would be least of your concerns when you whack open that throttle! 😊
