I have Fiero FX/ Star City Headlight set ( not sure which one) & I want to keep the bike looks as stock as possible, dnt know why I have started to like Fiero stock doom
Coming to Suspension , will get it done with the mech & see what difference it makessigpicAll India Permit 1+1

How's the goddess at the golden temple ,i heard she's very beautiful.Did you take any pictures of her? or of the temple, tour etc?
No pictures, Sadly they won't allow camera/mobile inside the temple premises.
Only one thing which I didn't like the attitude of the temple workers with which they treated us ( piligrims)sigpicAll India Permit 1+1

the 5th pic on the top from the left and the 2nd pic at the bottom from the left. thats the part (cylinder head) which is at fault. after dismantling the whole thing we gave the same part to the lathe works. now i wonder what are they going to check at the lathe workshop

@ Ullal
I do not know much of engine related stuff, the piston ring seems to have lot of carbon deposits ( looks full black ) on top.
May be you need decarbonizing done as you have already opened up the engine & One more thing since you have already opened the engine, why don't you go for RTR 160/180 block to make the bike to 180cc, @gixxer told me that it is a direct fit & nothing much to be changed, you will get a bigger engine with better top speed
Slightly off topic - I see you have Gas charged shocks which is fit upside down, which bikes are those & how good will you rate them compared to stock ? & lastly how much is the price ?sigpicAll India Permit 1+1

1. The piston and bore seems to be okay.As oil doesn't seem to be going past the rings.
2. Oil is entering through the valve train,Hence the head is taken to lathe by your mech for work.Which you will know about when it comes back.
3.The bore/sleeve has lot of life left in it.
4.No need to go for a new bore kit of fiero/RTR.Life begins, once you hit the power band !!

Happy New Year Everybody!!!
Gixxer bro,
I have a small query for you.
My bike is ok at the moment.... but it just feels sluggish sometimes... I guess it's the cold weather that's to blame, but still the bike feels sluggish... specially in the mornings. Well that's ok, but the bike tends to be bellowing white smoke... specially when cold-starting in the morning... and the quantity seems to be growing. I am concerned because the bike never behaved like this when stock. I assume all this is happening after the piston change when the engine was opened up.
Could oil be leaking from somewhere and entering the Chamber? the Valve Train?
or is it just unburnt fuel that probably deposits more with colder weather? My relative who is also my neighbor parks his one year old Honda Shine with my bike, and his bike too bellows white smoke. So I guess it could just be unburnt fuel... or is it?!?
The mech says all bikes do that... should I take his word? or is the quality of fuel in my country to blame?
Well that apart, how is everybody?
and Where is NANO???
... Bro we need you to be here with us... we need your opinions and expertise. Please forget what happened and start posting here in the Fiero Forum where you belong.
