But what you tell later is a shocker !!! Engine oil pipe internal for GS150R, I have never seen a GS150R engine opened, hence cannot comment or conclude on that.

But rest assured converting Fiero to 180cc is bread and butter Thanks to the great RTR180........long live TVS

You can put either the RTR 160 or RTR 180 bore kit on your fiero .The difference between the two will be .5mm

The conversion of a fiero to 180 is a couple of hours job.

Let's stretch it a bit and go for the 750 one .If we buy 2 of those maybe we can get it for 600 each.

Okie, lets take a decision after checking the Stunner's tacho in the coming week ?

I hope the 750 one doesn't need any housing or casing & we can just attach the same with help of Clamps

If only we could have managed to get a ride on them in NICE Road , those are real beauties out there.

The freakin getting a bigger carb has become a real issue bro.My last hope was shivajinagar and now that's also pretty much ruled out.Knowing the guy at ZEN ,it can literally take months to get one.

Gixxer bro... just a thought... is it compulsory to upgrade to a bigger carb with the 180 upgrade? or is it ok to use the same old one.

I think the fuel sensor in my fiero has become faulty... it does not show the correct figures. Can this be replaced?

There is no fuel sensor in the bike buddy, it is just a float. I got it replaced once for some 2-300 bucks. It was showing empty all the time.
Anyway, these old school parts are no way accurate. Sometimes my bike shows E when it is just entering reserve or just 20-30kms.into reserve!
                              Rely on the tripmeter buddy.
                              Quench my thirst with gasoline!

A cheaper one that is.There seems to be a market where the carbs are procured and sold without bills, these carbs are bought directly from the manufacturer or from makers like bajaj.Bajaj gives the carbs to the dealers at 1000 to 1100 bucks each and they in turn sell them as spares for 2,500 each.
The ones at shivajinagar are used ones,i've given up on that idea of buying a used one for now.

No bro,the 26mm carb is sufficient for the 180 too,if you are satisfied with it's performance.Bigger the carb ,lesser the torque at initial revs.

The carb of my bike has problems,so i have to replace it and as it is i was looking for a bigger carb anyway.
