[QUOTE=kvnmp;1316940]Hello everyone... Can anyone tell me what is this tube under the seat .is it any drain pipe ?,is it in the right place ...it coming from under the tank and is on top of air filter./QUOTE]

If I've observed correctly, yes, this is over-flow drain pipe and isn't placed correctly. It should be just beside the kick-start lever.

If you are facing frequent loosening, examine wheel alignment and drive chain sprockets. Most of the time, those are main culprit. IMO, 16k is too early for any sort of wear-off if you have been lubing the chain periodically.

I have done all that, but chain looks rusty as well. So he advised to replace it. Do you know the cost?

Guys on a scale of 1-10 how screwed am I ?

This is on the left side of thw engine. I feel like the oil is coming from inside the rubber joint/wire connection.

I'll be visiting service center tomorrow, just wanted to know if this is serious issue or easily fixable.

That is easy fix and won't cost you bummer. Please check your oil level, if it is not over filled, common error at SVC.

No, mate. Sprocket set costs around INR 1300, should be approx. INR 700-800 (guessing?)

Can you please post a pic of the chain.

This doesn't warrant for a chain replacement. It is common scenario after rain and not lubing periodically/coastal areas. Happened with me as well.

Invest some time and follow below steps:

                      1. Sparingly use kerosene or WD40 to remove rust with toothbrush/ chain cleaner brush
                      2. Clean further with help of Motul/3M chain cleaner
                      3. Apply Motul/3M chain lube
                      4. Remove excess spill

Some would suggest you to not use kerosene or WD40 on 'O' ring chain, it is safe.

Plenty of guide for chain cleaning on Youtube as well.

I do get sound with chain. Actually after the service it reduced but after 100km it started again. So may be problem with chain or something, did you get sound as well?

Yes. Motobike's chain in absence of proper lubrication will have sound. Not only sound, it will affect engine performance due to mechanical loss.

From pic, the chain isn't cleaned well and running too dry. Follow mentioned steps and see results yourself.

Two pipes. Just checked mine, there are two pipes together.

Hi guys, i have clocked 24100kms on my 2015 blue beast, today I had this headlight issue. The prblm was my low beams doesn't work, but high beam is working. Any advise on what could be the prblm? Any DIY ideas?? Because I usually do most of the service for my bike as DIY. Awaiting for fellow gixxerian ideas:-)

Gixxer SF might have different electrical layout, mate. You might get help in other thread.
