It would be a huge pleasure if anyone could let me know what else should i ask the dealer regarding complimentary benefits !
Same here bro.. I'm on my way to get my bike delivered to me right now.. The dealer said the same.. "No complimentary items" . all I cud do wat to reduce the price by 400 rs..

        Got mine today ...
Will mention some points that i felt on the first ride.

1.The ride is awesome.. Specially the exhaust sound.

2.I honestly didn't know what u were talking about, when u were saying abt the heat... I feel it now on signals.

3.tried my max not to cross 5k rpm , yet can't look at the rpm meter every time in traffic. Still , my worst was 6k.

        4. As u guys said abt occasional revving, I tried ones for 3 sec, and HO MY GOD, the sound totally changed, and it was a totally different bike after 6k.. I may have touched 7-7.5k rpm, then slowed..

        5. Riding is comfortable, and the seating posture is great. Yet, even if I try sitting away from the tank, at the far corner of the front seat, I still get pulled toward the tank. This is the point where the tank guard protects me 😁

        6. I didn't hear the thud sound yet.

        7. The projector light, looks like a batman signal. I meant the projection on the road😎

        8. I'm new to riding a fully faired bike, and my hands were paining after the first ride, may be coz of the worst traffic in chennai..

        9. This is my first bike, bought in my salary, of my first job 😁 and I LOVE HER !!!

              Hey guys.

Just calculated the mileage on my first tankful . I filled up 8.6 ltrs of petrol and covered 338 km.So my average is about 39 Km/ltr, which is quite good for a new bike with a first time rider . I tried to maintain max 4k rpm but occasionally have gone upto 6.5k rpm but 40% of the kms covered i have been at 5k rpm. Maybe i can extract much more if i Learn to shift optimally, which as of now i'm improving greatly but still occasionally tend to jerk the bike or waste time and lugg it.

I do agree with other owners that the fuel guage is not an acurate measure of the fuel quantity inside the tank. When the biked was parked and i started the bike the fuel gauge showed one bar and started blinking and as soon as i moved ahead it showed 2 bars. I though there must be 2 to 3 ltrs max and decided to fill up.
If the tank capacity is rated at 13 lts and i filled 8.6 ltrs then there must have been 4.4 ltrs inside which is quite alot for 2 bars.
Anyways, since the fuel gauge is controlled by the ECU, it might be still calibrating so will check on my next tankful if more than 4 ltrs remain in the tank when gauge switches between 1 and two bars.

              Regards

                Hello buddies!!!!

                Finally got my baby today!!

                I'm ecstatic.

I keep going downstairs to check the bike frequently (as the parking area has not been completed yet).

One odd thing I noticed after coming home is that the ABS wire on the front disk is loose (i.e. it's not attached to the brake line). Is this normal? Or should I go there and tell them to fix it? I unfortunately couldn't check this while doing the PDI. [emoji20]

Thanks to all the people who helped me along the way!!! You guys rule!

I'm proud to be a part of this group of RS 200 owners!

                  Post picture of it,,
                  Im not getting your point,
From primary observation of rs200 abs bikes front sensor seems like its directly connected to dashboard not ABS Module!!
Even im in confusion donno how does it calculate wheel rotating speed difference between front and rear!!

Hey buddy sorry for the confusion!

As you can see in my previous pic the black wire is protruding out quite a bit from the front fender.

It turns out the wire just got disconnected from the main brake line (steel braided brake line) and all I had to do was to push it back in position and it seems to be fine. But I will still raise the issue when I go there.

                    Thanks.

Found it! (How Single Channel ABS works).

Yesterday had gone to Khivraj Service near Gemini to service my 125ST. Happened to catch a glimpse of RS200 being serviced and take a pic of dismantled engine. For the interest of owners.

You're right. But clutch assy is very much a part of the engine.
