      Clutch has 10% free play .chain is okay.might be AFR.
      M going for service.he has CO MEASURING tool.I heard its within 1.5 to 2.5.any idea what could be the perfect or stock value ?

            Each engine has it's own ideal tunning, not any definite turns.

                      Also I think the AFR is 2nd half turns for all 200ns for stock settings or different for all 200?

                        U can do it with engine off, and i know that settings bcz i have 200ns and rs200, both bikes are awesome...

                          OK bro awesome.I was searching for it.xo.Gray's for your rs200. I took a test drive and its an Awesome bike .
                          Also is the stock setting the best one regarding pickup mileage and top speed ?

                              Will try in sometime and let you know .
                              While trying to tune it sometime ago I rotated it around 5-6 times and I saw petrol flowing from the fuel drain pipe.any idea why?
