My mechanic did the work. Get it done from any trusted local mechanic.

Purchased these led's from Bike accessories shop ....Wellington Street, Kolkata...... But if yo search online it may be availaible.

I switch off headlight to pilot lamp when led's are turned on n used. But both can be turned on the same time.

Thanks for the reply however I wanted to know how did you manage to make and stick the "round" end of Duke's indicators which is joined to the bike, like the stock ones. The stock indicators joining end seems a little oval shape.

                  Regards.

I made custom bracket from the tank pad of my duke (sold obviously) 😉
I will make a video on it and upload asap 😁

About refinement, It's better you ride and find out. Because hornet owners will praise hornet and gixxer owners will praise gixxer.

Parts quality are even. Both are of good quality. According to my experience, gixxer has lesser vibes than the hornet. But please don't think that the hornet's refinement is bad, it is quite refined as well. It is upto you to ride and decide which bike suits you more. You can't go wrong with either of them.

                                Some cons of the hornet-
                                1. The headlight. It is horrible.
                                2. The ancient switchgear (not a deal breaker)
                                3. Low end torque is not that great.

                                Some cons of the gixxer-
                                1. The pillion seat
                                2. Sometimes the bike bottoms out when heavily loaded (easily fixable by adjusting the monoshock)
                                3. Headlight is better than the hornet's, but it still isn't adequate.

These are MY experiences and opinions. I've owned a unicorn 160 and ridden hornet for a sizeable distance (around 5000kms).
