Can you guys please suggest me the best fitting body cover for our SF ... The showroom guy itself don't have the body cover for SF, so i order the Fazer & R-15 body cover from online but it doesn't fit on our SF ... did any one of you use the body cover for your SF ?? I desperately need the good body cover for my SF as my office don't have own parking so i have to park the bike in Pay-n-park which is too horrible . they park the 10 bikes in place of 5 bikes, which cause damage to all bikes, so don't want my new beauty to get damaged,

So guys please suggest me the best fitting body cover for our SF, online purchase link is highly appreciated, also did new Karizma ZMR body cover will work for our SF ? as it had the same shape of sf.
I have not personally used it, but online i found these two :
Amazon - Vheelocityin Blue Lagoon Scooter / Bike Cover For Suzuki Gixxer SF: Amazon.in: Car & Motorbike
Ebay - Autowizard Black AND Blue Scooter Bike Cover FOR Suzuki Gixxer SF | eBay

I am not sure of the RVM part of the cover, it looks like a naked Gixxer RVM cover. But please check it out before u buy.

so,i finally got this beast,no waiting period here in jaipur, thogh i have to pay li extra.ride 200 kms till, sure a eye grabber, get ready for some unreal attention at signals.

smooth as butter,no problems faced till now, though sometime its difficult to go for 1st gear from neutral, but thats very rare, hard to keep it below 5k rpm.

Thanks For reply buddy... actually i do check these links previously & though of these i went & go ahead & purchase the body cover from ebay.. But it doesnt fit to our sf, so now i can't go ahead & order these my own without taking any review from other SF user's, because of this i ask it here, thought in whole SF group any of the SF user would be using a body cover for their SF.

        Hope you understand my situation....

got the bike back from svc today.

Brake have become VERY TIGHT now... lets see if it causes any locking situation or not.

Gear shift seems relatively smooth. Will ride it more to check.

However they have increased the idle rpm too much. The bike seems to be panting all the time.

Also pickup seems reduced a lot.

I think they also messed with the AFR screw. Will get it rectified asap tomorrow.

At least the fairing they broke has been fixed.

Weird - it seems fine today afternoon. Pickup also seems fine.

Cant understand why this issue was there earlier.

            Will continue to monitor.

I too had the high idle RPM after my first service. The RPM will be only around 1250 or 1500 when u start in the morning but once u ride for maybe 10km or more, the idle RPM goes up to 1750 or 2000. Will be even more if u ride hard for a long distance. I had 2500 RPM after 50km ride. I think this has to be with the engine heating. Have to check with SVC about this.

About the rear break....yes it was tighter after first service initially but later on it felt normal. Pick up seems to be the same to me.

Hmm will try to see if this issue comes up again.

Till now havent seen Idle RPM above 1750. In morning it was at 1250-1500 and ok.

I got thebrakes tightened on purpose as the play and bite of the brakes was too less earlier. SO they opened the brakes and serviced it to bring this "tightness" back.

Didnt have this idle rpm increase issue earlier. I rode for 100kms + at a time without it. Let me know what you come to know from SVC.

I got my Blue SF today, booked it at 2/8/2015. And Tanishq suzuki in kolkata called me 3rd august afternoon and said your bike is ready for delivery. They had given me a waiting time of 15 days, but they also hinted 3 bikes were out for their showroom. So I guess they got the delivery early. The beauty looks stunning. But will not stretch its wings right now. But Yes, While taking it home, lots of eyes were watching.. and it felt great.

Took the bike for another long spin. Engine is definitely harsh, at the same time they have stiffened the monoshock! Without me asking for it. I knew something was off in the riding position, there is now too much pressure on my wrists, and the ride is also very stiff.

Read online that rpm rising when hot is normal. However I also feel that the exhaust tone has become too throaty/meaty and the FE has dropped. This makes me suspect that they have tuned my bike towards richer mixture, also the bike rpm is not stable at idle. It fluctuates between 1.5-1.75k when hot.

Will take it to svc tomorrow morning to see what can be done.

On My initial Gixxer buying days i have search a lot for the Gixxer Manual online but no luck, even i try my luck here also but same result, so once i received my SF manual i decided to scan the complete manual & upload it here which i am sure will help lots of my Gixxer Friends in near future.

Sorry I could upload it here due to file attachment restriction, so adding google drive link,

Ok, here goes my first post...
Bought a Gixxer SF MotoGP edition on 16th June and am quite happy with it. A bit overwhelmed by all the attention it got but didn't really mind all the appreciation
I'm glad to say that the bike runs as good as it looks.
                                Here are some pictures:
