    Hey buddy, whats up. Seeing you in xbhp after a really long time.

    The Service center i go to, everyone from mechanics to the owner still say that the changes in 2009 and 2010 are only cosmetic things and engine and other core components are still the same.
    I even tried riding a 2010 model, brand new one with 2kms on ODO, it felt the same as my bike.

    I would have suggested the dual tone blue but i remember you saying your girl friend didn't like the blue colour. Guess the orange/red one would suit you better.

            Yesterday night happened to meet fellow gspian manu bhat his gs is 2010 model mine is 2009 model.

            The difference we found are the shape of the handle bar weight and engine sound my gs engine sound is calm than his

            Even long back read somewhere that 2010 gs engine is altered to obey the governments latest pollution norms.

              2011 model, I thought the latest was 2010 model.

              For satisfying the emission norms they might changed the catalytic converter.

                Oops spelling mistake white typing using the tiny touch screen device.

                Now corrected I dont know whats causeing it his is is 3700 kms old mine is 7800 kms he uses motul and I have gulf

                @ allwyn last year even I haven't heard anything so booked mine but in the next 20 days all new 2010 gs is released.

                  Anup gs 2010 model was released just 20 days after I purchased my bike.

                  Hey man you are lucky....generally girls do not select such sober colors.....


                  Oh no man.... this is not really good...i cannot wait until first quarter again...and I have waited a really long time...some people here will know how long it has been....

                  I think I will go with th 2010 model or any which is available in jan mid...

                  Hey man nice to see you here.....Ya it has been a long time...I had been out of country for some time....it started as a short trip and became a very long one....I have just returned.....and I am waiting to buy my GS....

                  Well I had seen the 2009 model really well....Remember I had test driven it many times...
                  so i will check out the new model and see if there are any diffrences....surely there will be some improvements....
                  Ya man as you suggested probabaly the orange one....anyway I have decided to take me GF to showroom and she will pick the color...
                  For me it only matters that it is GS...

                  Well bro anyway I am back and here to stay....proud to be a future GSpian....

                        I hope it is not like that......also I do not think they will replace a good carburetor with a not so good one....
                        Also I think the new carburetor is not Padmini...(it sounds so tacky...no offense please)

                        I do not know why this happens...I want to buy the bike now....
                        and such things I am hearing....I do not mind the color...stickers...but surely there has to be a good carburetor...!!

                            Yes.....now silencer is altered to conform to euro 4 norms. when i had my silencer replaced, it cost me 10000 bucks, whereas previous model was some where around 4k to 5k. There might not be any further changes in 2011 model if at all.

                              Suzuki has not used ‘PADMINI’ carburettor in any of their bikes. A carburettor with that name is not manufactured anywhere in this world. How can a nonexistent spare part be used in 2010 GS? Someone may have misread the name.
