I am quite new to this thread but what I read was not as you described. Your wordings were not like that; I think. It was something like this, quoting his post: “A dog is a dog even though some others call it a tiger” or something like that and he retaliated using the same words you used. I don’t remember the exact words as it was a lazy reading - not a serious reading to remember later - as I was not involved in it but was wondering why such words are used here.Originally posted by MSN1 View PostI used to have a healthy argument with vishnu bhai on engine oil and few more stuffs. Where my point of view always differs from his view.
That day he used the word starts with "F" and the next word describes be as a street dog, I believe that caused the ban.
He is always a good thickest friend of mine where those abusive words are normal between two such thick friends but when it comes to public forum it should not take place and it affects the healthyness of the thread.
I haven't took it personally because I know.what I was and we all need to make sure that all our office tension should not reach home and home tension should not spark at office, simmilarly what every your mood at the time of reading the thread, I humbly request everyone that this is not the place to throwaway our stupid feelings such as angry or tension or such bad things. Good night
Now I do understand that it is because of the “thickness” of your friendship.
I came through it when I was trying to register as a member here to ask about a noise from the chain of my GS.
Anyway, I am not interested in the arguments between you.Last edited by punarvasu; 12-04-2011, 10:38 PM.

Noise from chain,
If chain is normal (not too tight or too lose)
try lubrecating (apply approved type grease some time due to rain water chain goes dry and makes kara kara noise)
Else
Check if any part of the chain cover is bent or fixed wrongly so as it touches the chain and making noise
If not
Else
Check with SVC if service center is close to your place
If not
Check with a well known well experianced and knowledged local mechanicSarcasm is my automatic response to stupidity

What's the meaning of your screenname(username)? I know it's a star, can't recall its significance.Originally posted by punarvasu View PostI am quite new to this thread.

Since you're quite new to this forum, I highly recommend reading this thread from the start. It'll be a treat, I think
You'll find several, dare I say debates about chain maintenance. I'm on my mobile, hence can't direct you to those permalinks. There is no honest path to prosperity - KoKa

Once, when I was in college they had a game for freshers on stage. You know to make them feel at home. Game was simple:Originally posted by MSN1 View PostMay be its your illusion or assumption;

Vishnu bhai,
Each participant was given a hat to wear. An inflated balloon was tied on top of each hat. Participants were given a paper pin each.
Game: pinch other persons' balloon and be the last man/woman standing to win.
As a spectator I couldn't help notice it was a Dangerous game, eyes at stake.
Digest this:
1. It was our professors who were participants!
2. We, the less knowledgeable made them play the game on "Teacher's Day"! And laughing at it too. Even,
Recorded it for ...
Then it hit me,
Substitute inflated balloon with one's ego.
I was left with disgust.
Now, don't you all come for me with that pin
My better half needs me more than ever for next few months. Off I go
So long friends..,

Ya sure magesh... Magesh I am confused between white and black GS150r.. When I saw the Black GS, I really felt an excitement in me since it was amazing.. But white is my favourite colour, Anyway I didn't see the white GS in close.. The person in the showroom told me that, white GS will come in a week. Once White GS comes I will look at it then I will decide the color. :-)Originally posted by gmagesh14 View PostGood Suresh., I too from Chennai...
Get some good relationship with your SVC mech over there.. They'll assist & help you in all aspects for your bike...
Once I'd taken my bike to Katpadi from Chennai, the next day after the 1st service.. Wow what a ride it was ...

Hi this is my first post in this gr8 forum.
I own a GSR 2010 model, the problem i face is the rear wheel is not at all comfortable to me. it is very thin and skidding very often and have fell once and avoided falling lots of time.
Which thick rear wheel should i change to, so that i get great grip of the road. do i need to change the front wheel as well to get a perfect balance ?
and which is best tubeless of tube ?
Price is not a constraint.

Hi MSN1,Originally posted by MSN1 View PostWelcome bro,
* make sure you book it from authorized dealer.
* Do all PDI (post delivery inspection)
* don't hesitant or shy away from doing a top to bottom check before selecting your babe.
* I know you will spent quality time with the bike but do take an hour on reading the manual before you start using it.
First of all thanks for ur valuable suggestions.
I found the showroom from the suzuki's website, so I hope it must be the authorized suzuki show room. Moreover the showroom looks good..!!
MSN1 could you please suggest me the necessary Post Delivery Inspections.
Yes MSN1!! You are absolutely correct. I will surely validate all the necessary things.
Sure buddy!! I will read the manual first then only I will take my Babe

If price is not a constraint, and grip is what you want, go for the Michelin Sirac. You can also try the Ceat Vertigo. In today's world, quotes don't matter. Quotas do!
