problems faced- starter relay issue, fixed on first service.. had the same issue before second service, they fixed it, but lets see, and today
my horn stopped working, thursday i have a 5 day trip, have no time to fix this for now.. until i come back from trip, not sure what caused, it was getting lower and lower all of a sudden went out, engine is good, but there are minor vibrations above 8K rpm.. mileage was pretty low, and the fuel indicators is kinda tricky to understand.. i was getting around 18-21.. temps went around 96c.. not even once it turned off.. bike is very comfortable.. i neeed to ride longer distance and find out any other issues are there.. loving my bike , apart from these small issues.. and yup service cost and interval time - bad.. they charged me 6.8K for second service.. Update - they said my rear brake pads needs to be replaced.. i told them ill do it later.. and i feel they dint topup the coolant.. its still somewhere on LOW mark..
Starter relay issue - Known issue
Horn issue - Known issue because of horn position near radiator (Due to heating)
Fuel level sensor is on the right side the tank (inside) - please avoid filling fuel from the left side as it splashes directly on to the sensor leading to fuel level indicator issues.
Rear brake pads should not wear out so soon. One of the main reasons apart from poor braking skills is you may have to readjust rear brake lever and lower it as inadvertently you might be placing your foot on the brake lever..
Please ensure that coolant is sufficiently available. Otherwise it will affect the engine through excessive heating.
    Enjoy your ride

      Haha

Thanks for the tips, they fixed my horn today, wire was melted, poor positin i guess, and regarding the rear brake pads, you were right, sometimes my foot presses the lever even though i try hard, since im 6ft 2, pressures on my leg.. transfers to the lever.. might have to adjust.. coolant im not sure, everyother tnt 300 i saw today had on low level.. but its there.. 6hours to go.. ill def post some nice pics soon..

You booking invoice will be before March 31. In that case, you will not have any issues with vehicle registration. If you inner conscience says riding a BS3 is wrong..then god save you .

I have been told that a new service charges plan is going to be launched in April 2017 which would apparently reduce service costs.
Also added that they are looking at localizing spares like the Chain Sprocket Set & Brake Pads, which would further reduce the cost.

I hope and pray that this would be true and see light of day.

Regarding service cost I believe they have introduced some AMC package for 1 year and 2 years period the servicing package for 1 year is around 9000 approx which I believe to be very reasonable for full year of servicing this includes regular service and labour charges.

Quick update on the nagging horn issue.

I recently got the horn replaced for the 4th time. It looks like they switched the vendor and it works perfectly in higher temperatures. I tested in almost all conditions and it works like a charm. Also, the sound of the horn is a bit different from the previous one.

Currently the Horns you are getting replaced under warranty are of Roots... Had been informed of this from Regional Head since November..

Yes Currently they are Processing for AMC Package as of yet for Trial only for TNT300. Once they set in stone, It'll be mostly expanded for whole lineup and other dealers...

Hi guys I've bought TNT 300 in November and did the first service in a week itself but wasn't satisfied cause the oil they put more than sufficient and was literally dumping the performance so I had take excess oil out which was about 150 ml now everything is nice and gear shifting is smooth, now coming to the point where can I get spare parts cause I wanna do the service on my own. Please advice.

You can procure spares from website like alibaba.
                          Certain spares are expensive.
Bike warranty will be void if service center finds that service did not happen at regular intervals and at authorised service centers.
If warranty goes void, then some spares would be pretty expensive ( Ex: Rear suspension kit will cost you around 20K for 300)
Better stick to service center and for minor adjustments like you mentioned above, do it yourself or resort to a good mechanic.

Just an update (Late), I have sold my Benelli TNT 300.

Reason : Was lying unused, never had any issue with bike (hardly drove 5000 km). :P

I miss rock solid build & sweet sound. If anyone around Mumbai, please give me one ride.
