I think instead of speculating, we should wait for the official announcement, but they are relaunching R3 for sure.

If not for speculation, hype and rumors, half the internet would fall silent

Just curious, did anyone observe the R3 has been removed from Yamaha's India website! This was checked at 1:00 PM today. Perhaps upgrading the R3 page or something else is in the smelter.

            Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
            The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

            THE END

Discontinued for some time because of emission norms, they will be back with BS4 spec R3 in few months.

This happened a few weeks back. Somebody on xbhp mentioned it's due to BS4 upgrade. Once the new vehicles are out, they will take bookings and update the site.

To the experienced owners of YZF R3, I want to upgrade from my fazer to R3 and will do daily office commuting about 25km per day in Bangalore city traffic and weekend ride approx 500km max., so monthly run will be around 1200-1400km. Excluding fuel consumption, can you estimate the service & maintenance cost of R3 per month or per a certain km interval, and price of spare parts like disk pad, chain sprockets, air filter, oil filter etc. Thanks in advance.
                        Regards

Anything? Sorry I didn't get what you are asking.

BS3 bikes are legal if you have purchased it before 31st March.
