      No offence to Anyone or The Owners,

      About special edition - Why ruined a very good looking as well huge selling bike adding strips and decals ?

      If you are so concern about customers why not introduce 60/55w Headlamp and DC Lighting at those special edition which now other companies provide at their regular commuter level bikes...Why limit to theses only on CBR ?

      35/35w light is OK 10-15 years ago - but now all HID's and Double Barrel Headlamp from Cars and minimum 6 Head Lamp provision from modern bus - It is a insult towards customers / owners.

              No mate. Fz looks much better. They even ruined the moderate looks of this bike. That's really sad.

              PS: Even fz don't have that good looks(in my opinion). Apache 200 4v is the Best looking and has more matured, refined design.

                  I have replaced the two 5w t10 parking bulbs with 1w osram led & number plate light with a 1w philips led.These two mods have given more brightness to the headlight bulb.I have also set the headlight at almost to the lowest position.Now the brightness & beam are sufficient but nothing more than that.

                        Here is the link---https://www.amazon.in/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_i_2_7?url=search-alias%3Dautomotive&field-keywords=t10+led+bulb&sprefix=t10+led%2Caps%2C312

                        Yes, those are costly but I preferred reliability over cost.Choose Osram for the front parking lamp replacement as the Osram leds are like projector bulbs.
                        For rear numberplate light application i chose Philips Ultinon 6700k for it's claimed 360 degree spread of light.

                        I am least bothered about warranty as I have replaced three(3) 5 watt ordinary bulbs with 1watt led each. I have actually reduced load on the electricals.

                        Bike update----
                        Done only 320 km so far.Never crossed 5000 rpm .Enjoying the smoothness of the engine & and anticipating the smoothness to come.

                            [QUOTE=Dipin_7692;1247984]Hey Guys,
                            My Hornet had completed its first service two weeks back.As usual,the ASC experience was a mixed bag.The performance though showed an improvement,the cleaning part was a dismal affair and when I went back to receive the bike from the ASC guys,there was a gash across the silencer and the ASC guys refused to take responsibility for the same!!I had registered a complaint with the Honda website folks,got a callback promptly and later on their manager didn't pick my calls!!
                            Now,the latest issue i face is when I am running it in the 1st and 2nd gears,the engine suddenly cuts off during the lower RPMs.At times,the vehicle comes off to a startling stop sometimes in the traffic due to this issue and the rear tyre undergoes tremendous friction with the road surface due to this!What could be the issue?Why does it shut off in the lower RPMs withoout any notice?Have the ASC guys done some adjustment which was undesired??

                              Increase the clutch play a bit and see. It maybe a little too tight for the bike to be comfortable.
