I do find some unusual sound while riding bike..
Is that of because cylinder kit is new and synthetic oil is causing it???/
    or something else...

    Please do solve my query??
You may get/have lesser power & torque if dimensions are slightly different. Was the Hornet cylinder kit not available?

AFAIK the cylinder kit for both bikes are the same. The bikes differ in the top end and maybe the carburettor.

Does it mean that the compression ratio remains the same?

That would make the capacity as 162.5cc on the unicorn 160. The capacity is 162.7cc for both of them, which means the stroke is the same (63.09mm).

That means Unicorn 150 and cbz xtreme have same cylinder kit!!!!
And what makes the difference in power??

                      Brother,
After cylinder kit change ,my bikes engine is making some unusual sound while in gear ,why is that ??
Is it due to new kit and synthetic oil or anything else???

Yes they do. Unicorn 150, Achiever, Xtreme, Dazzler, Trigger, Hunk all share the same cylinder kit.

In Xtreme I believe the gearing has been changed along with a higher lift camshaft than the one in unicorn.

I have no idea about the sound.
