That's rather strange as I never faced the issue before.

CBS: When your apply rear break it try to apply it on front break too.
As single rider, you are applying rear break and front break. The amount of load on front is more that what you put. Making front break more prone to lock. Specially in low speeds. I would say, even on back break too as more load transfer to front, back break, too, gets lock easily.
However, with pillion, don't know CBS or not, I have jammed breaks sometimes never felt scary. Bike just stand still like rock.

This technology looks great on paper but in practicality, it just sucks. It just hard breaking. A slight misalignment results in skid.
Yes, i also don't like it. Thank god, I don't have cbs

Also, UBS is Yamaha's new CBS. As in Unified Braking System.

Never seen that before. If there's a compression issue, then only you need to mess with the tappet. Must have been on a customer request.

Hi guys, how to access carburetor in hornet. Hornet has air screw or fuel screw.

Can Xtra premium petrol be used for hornet is it any better? I have read that it does not make much difference.

Depending upon optimal riding, you can get upto 2 to 5kmpl extra on your bike. I'm saying this based upon my observation.

I used it once. Felt a little more punchier.

                            Hello guys,

After getting fed up of less pick up due to chain slack, I had decided to buy a new chain sprocket.
So two months ago, I installed Rolon's HBS 229 chain (12400Kms on ODO), which is specially made for Hornet.
Since then I clocked only 700kms and guess what, I've already tightened the chain two times.
And I will have to do it again, for the third time this week.
I don't think it is normal by any means if I have to tighten the chain three times within 700kms.
What am I supposed to do now?
                            Try one more chain socket?

Be happy and a reason will come along !

The chain isn't the only issue causing this imo. The tall gearing and wheels add to a lack of low end torque and as a result we find ourselves shifting more or to a higher gear at lower range to get more smooth ride, as a result the chain gets more loose than it should.

What's the ultimate solution then, apart from getting used to it?
