I did a similar DIY installation on my Fz16 where I used a AS200 windscreen. Worked fantastic on the highways. I am planning to do the same on the RTR.

Monish Bakre, would be very helpful for all of us here in the forum, if you can give us the split out for your windshield modification, chic job indeed. And the clamps at the front below, you mentioned Activa's visor. If you could be a little more specific.

Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

THE END

Hey guys can anyone please help me in buying a bike between Yamaha fz25 and apache 200

As I am not going to go above 100km/hr

And mostly city riding and a little more fuel economy won't hurt 😅

Yaa sure
Wht u need for install windshield is
1) fazer windshield
2)4 nos nut bolt(10 no)
3)2 activa visor clamp for lower mount (if u hv better alternate clamps use it & also suggest me)
4)upper mount see i used two rod 17 cm
& weld two clamps on it
Fazer windshield cost is 350 & clamping bolt etc ... Cost is 200
Bt tough task is lower mount ..

Something odd happened early morning today. (400kms on the ODO till now, first service due shortly)

I was puttering around the city at 40-50kmph when the bike suddenly lost all power and shut off. It just wouldn't start after that. There was around 2L of fuel in the tank at that point of time. Then, I switched the fuel knob to reserve and it started immediately and continued to run normally. After a while, I again tried switching back to the main fuel line and the same thing happened - bike lost power and shut off after barely 200m.

I will put the bike into service today itself, but still can't figure out what the issue is.

2.5 liter is for the reserve brother... Thats why it stalled in the mains... U need atleast 3 lit or above to keep the bike running in mains....
