Link please!!!Originally posted by rakowli View PostUpdated my bike with led headlight. Lighting output is just awesome and now night riding has become more fun.. I think i just need to change the setting for upper as it is a bit down then my expectations. Rest its worth the headlight. Led light is instant brightness and not like HID where it takes time to glow fully. Now for overtaking I don't need to honk just the pass light and its done. Loving this update. Ordered it from Aliexpress for around 900 rs.
Also waiting for gear sensor to change under warranty from SVC. Not in stock they have ordered it.
Will update the photos in a while
And what is the color of led. Is it bluish or white?
Can you post some pics?

By Default at any gear the gear shift indicator lights up at 7000rpm , you can increase or decrease the rpm later for your convenienceOriginally posted by ALI.R View PostGuys, any idea at what RPM and KMPH does the shift light illuminate on the 4th and 5th gears?

Re: TVS Apache RTR 200 4V
Hi guys I am facing a very peculiar problem with the bike, I get a grinding sound From the bike when decelerating like metal rubbing against plastic or something else. I checked with the svc guys and they simply say it's the chain sound but it isn't and I am very sure of it . I have asked them to check but they seem to pay not much attention to it. The sound is very much audible when moving slow or I can say decelerating, I can even sense some vibrations near the legs. The sound becomes in audible if I accelerate or may be it is subdued by the exhaust sound of the bike but no vibration while acceleration. Can you guys help, not really sure of to even describe that sound. Guys if you know the root cause for this problem or much better a solution for it please post in your comments.

If the SVC guys are not paying enough attention to it then drop a polite but firm complaint email to TVS customer care. They will definitely change their tune then.Originally posted by AbiRam View PostHi guys I am facing a very peculiar problem with the bike, I get a grinding sound From the bike when decelerating like metal rubbing against plastic or something else. Re: TVS Apache RTR 200 4V
Hi Guys
Like someone here mentioned even i went ahead and got the gear indicator changed under warranty. But i noticed recently that the technician has increased the play of the chain a little bit more than i would like.
I attempted to tighten the chain and then realized that i dont exactly know how to tighten the chain for this type. It looks to be slightly different from those in pulsars that I am used to.
Can someone post a video of the same if you know or give me a short description (P.S The manual is really unhelpful in this regard. Basically asks us to go to the SVC. No way I am doing that
)
