Problem I'm facing is Digital Petrol Indicator. Sometimes when it is in last 2 bar, when you park bike for fews hours and Ignition ON, it shows No petrol indication bar . I get nervous and rush to nearest petrol bunk.

How much liters petrol is stocked when "No bar" shows?
It's 3 litres for reserve. That means 3 litres of fuel is still there and needed for proper functioning of fi.

Nope. Its around 1.5 or 2 Ltrs only. I was also having the same impression until i ran bone dry of my Dom. i learnt it the hard way by pushing it for 1 Kms.

You need to leave 2.5 to 3 ltrs in the tank so that the fuel pump is always submerged and never runs dry which can fry it.
This practically leaves us to use only 10 ltrs of the total capacity of 13 ltrs.
And there is no reserve try to fill as soon as the last bar appears.

And the above goes for other fi bikes too.

Every electrical pump has some fail over mechanism, like the normal domestic water pump has a thermistor protection. So I believe similar protection mechanism should be also present in the fuel pump of MPFI vehicles.

I understand this but here the fuel pump is only relying on petrol for cooling it has no other cooling system. And running the pump dry is the prime reason for its failure.
So it is advisable to leaves the required amt in the tank.

Same advice is give at ktm svc.

The most i have filled is 11.5 litres. So i think they is the useful capacity

My take is that fuel pump will have some simple heat sensing device (thermistor) which will block electricity once the temperature crosses a threshold
But you are are right that the owner to have requisite amount of fuel as the worst part will be to walk down with a 182 kg bike for company . There is no point in unnecessary damaging a parts by no following SOP.

If the fuel pump did not burn out on first instance of going dry then i guess we have atleast 2 or 3 strikes.

It will not burn out if we run out of fuel. the reason is the moment engine dies due to lack of fuel. the pump will stop working. even during the cranking also the pump will not operate all the time. It will work only during the priming. so it is not a big deal . The big deal is pushing this bike for 1 Km.

Booked Dominar yesterday at Kanchan Bajaj, Ulhasnagar. The bike will be delivered on 30th Sept, i.e. on Dussera
Middle stand is not available for the bike. So went to google for an alternative paddock stand and found many. Have anyone here used them? Or may be used paddock stand replacement?

If need it only for chain maintenance then there are many economical options, starts from Dabba, wooden log, bricks, car jack, snap jack, G roller.
I use this dabba juggad very effective and super easy.

Wow..!! Okay. That can be considered. But does it affect the lower part of Exhaust?

No, if you place it gently it will not damage
