    Side stand!
Check side stand light on dash. If it's lit even after you removed side stand, bike stalls.
Wash your bike thoroughly. Then try again. May be some sensor issue.
Lastly check with SVC if problem persist.

No.its not that because after restart it .it keeps on running and it doesn't happen regularly .the side stand light is off when it happens

        How's the idling?
I'd start with the basics like cleaning the air filter and checking if the bike is running low on fuel.
It's summer so fuel heats up and it must be creating vapour lock inside. Open the fuel tank lock for a moment and then close it before you start riding the bike after 3-4 hour of parking it. This should release any vapour build-up that might be creating back pressure for the fuel pump. Check coolant too to check if the bike is getting the benefit of being liquid cooled.
Try to park the bike in a well ventilated and cool area away from direct sunlight.

Heating up might be the reason as I had the same issue with my pulsar 200 ug3 but I always thought that issue won't be with dominar as it is fuel injected bike . thanks bro

These are the pads. Cleaned them just as you suggested. And rode for approx 100kms. Started again today morning and the annoying squeaking sound was back. It's not continuous though. It only comes when a particular portion of wheel comes in contact with the brakes and disappears once I am above 15kmph.

What do you think of the pads?Click image for larger version

Did u clean the disk/rotor clean it and make a habit clean it regularly. U can clean the disc with normal soap solution like the prill dish wash or use acetone/nail polish remover. Then after make a habit to clean both front and rear disc with wet cloth. Do this and u will feel the difference.
And do chek the disc with hand for a smooth an even surface. As u said it is a particular part that makes the sound then could be possibly be some stuck pad residue or some uneven point on the disk.
In that case scrubbing the disk with sandpaper will help.

Can't say about the life of the pads as thickness is not visible int he pic but if it less then half then u can try replacing pads.
But first clean the rotor on regular basis and see if that works.

Bro i had the same issue in my Dominar. It was making me crazy. Earlier i used to clean the pads every 2 -3 days because of the rubbing noise. Even bajaj SC guys tried to clean the pads 2/3 times. But nothing was working. Finally, again i visited the same ASC and asked them to rectify the issue. So, they rubbed the rotor with sand paper and cleaned the pads. Now i dont have any issue regarding the rear brake .

I suggest you clean the rotor with a mild sand paper, it will resolve the issue.

You can use, Motul 7100 or 3100 both are very suitable for the Dominar, the latter being slightly inexpensive. 10w50 is a better choice than 20w50.

                        Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
                        The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

                        THE END

3100 is mineral oil, I guess. How about 5100?

Are you asking about Motul 5100 10w30??

If yes, then it's semi synthetic oil. Moreover its grade doesn't match with the Dominar's.

Ahh, well, 5100 does come in 15W50 grade, semi synthetic.
I'd probably choose Shell over Motul. Shell's a lot smoother and long life oil based on some experienced inputs.
