I have removed the read wheel and inspected all the parts as my rear wheel is wobbling.
I found cracks in wheel in the areas as seen in the picture. Is it an issue?

Which one did you go to ? I go to Sai Service at Shivaji Nagar. They are alright.Originally posted by Akash.Yadav View PostAny owners of Dominar from Pune? I'd want to know how's the after sales service.
The showroom I went to had lethargic staff and disinterested ones. The service bay is rubbish and looks more like a public kitchen.

The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place. It will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it.

Thanks bhai.Originally posted by Pranav19 View PostKrishna Bajaj fatima nagar is good too.
I'm at supreme level of skepticism about Bajaj servicing in Pune and hence I tend to think about the fallback option FZ25 instead of Dominar. I did take the test ride of Dominar and loved it. Just don't want the service center to screw up the beautiful bike.Regards,

From what I can see, I didn't observe any crack on the wheel spindle. All I see are mild glaze/lube marks which is normal. A cracked spindle would mean a different story, though I'd suggest you start off with the wheel bearings. If everything is within spec, I'd strongly recommend to check how well the axle bolts are slackened. Keep your observations posted.Originally posted by abhisheklalnediya View PostBoys,

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
The girl said, 'NO!'
And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

I stay at Kharadi so Shreeguru was nearest dealship but I still went to Sai at Shivaji Nagar to buy Dominar as their Service Centre seems better than others. They also own KTM service station at Vagholi. I take my Duke there and they are very professional as well.Originally posted by Akash.Yadav View PostI went to Shreeguru in Wagholi.

Haha! I own a Red, brother. The reason I didn't get the black is because it looked so much like a Pulsar 200 NS with that black.Originally posted by Jackharrisw View PostAbsolutely. No offence to owners. They have spoiled the Dominar with worst color options. Man, that red colour looks hideous and it takes away the big bike look. Further, golden colour alloys add salt to the wound and it looks like an after market job.
I really wish they still sold the white with black alloys though. That is one classy looking bike.

Re: Bajaj Dominar 400 Ownership Experience Thread
Does any one in this forum uses dominar as a daily commuter. If so, in how kms coolant is required to be topped up. My dominar coolant goes down below the minimum mark on every 500 kms. No leakage or coolant mixes with engine oil found. SVC guy thoroughly checked and no issues found and told me that coolant level is falling due to excessive heat it evaporates and it will become normal in winter. My question is that the reason given me by SVC guy is true or something else. Does anyone experienced same issue if so, what will be solution. Thanks in advance.

It is not like this i know many guys who do daily commute around 80 or 90kms one side. U need to get the cooling system checked up properly try a different svc.Originally posted by sam.jit2008 View PostDoes any one in this forum uses dominar as a daily commuter. Chek all seals, heat seal , water pump etc.
If nothing works drain the coolant and then flush the cooling system with distilled water couple of times then fill new coolant and see it it helps.

If it is the case as advised by the service centre guy, then I think Bajaj is taking us back to Ambassador/Premier Padmini days, wherein we need to fill water in the radiator every morningOriginally posted by sam.jit2008 View PostDoes any one in this forum uses dominar as a daily commuter. before starting the drive. The reality is, however big the engine maybe, coolant level should not drop even a bit at least for 4000 to 5000 km. Just drop a complaint to Bajaj and then see these lazy service centre people in action.
