They do it for the pillion aswell, but the cost has to be checked with them directly.
I have seen their seat on that Dominar, and another benelli aswell, They are the best seats for touring.

Hey! Can you guys help me with the dealers in Bangalore? I'm put up in J.P Nagar 7th phase. Which Bajaj dealer would you guys recommend? Need to get a test ride and finalise on the color this weekend. Not really excited about the colors but there current bikes giving me jitters! Need to change ASAP and even though the colors aren't lucrative the package is.

So this time we had this Hypermeet aptly named as HypermeetThunder to welcome the monsoon on 10/6/2018.

This is another official hypermeet organized by Amar Srivastava for Bajaj dominar 400.
This time we rode to Drona camp, a adventure and family activity zone located at Sohna near Gurugram.
Experience premier outdoor adventures with sports activities, cozy night stay huts, guided trekking tours, and stunning event venues. Professional facilities in nature's embrace.

Information regarding the different types of hyperrides organized by bajaj were given by Amar and whats more to come in future.
Some very important and useful information on ride and route planning for Leh ladkah, spiti, nepal bhutan was also shared by Himanshu nigam who is very seasoned ride(knows every route and stay options at back off his hand).
Useful riding tips were given to new riders.

Connected , there one video on Youtube where the owner has installed if from a after market mechanic. He has changed hub bushes and wheel bearing too.
Below is the link to that video.
It is not advisable to break the link for easy installation, do avoid that.

It's tedious!! Poor design?? Even to replace air filter we have to remove the petrol tank.
Why did they design it like this?

I dont think the swing arm has to removed to change chain sprocket kit.

Those who have got their chain sprocket replaced, kindly shed some light on this.

Yes. Closed link chains, without a link removal tool can be removed only if the swingarm is removed. Once the chain is removed from either sprockets, the chain cannot be removed unless the swingarm is undone. Some use a iink breaker tool and use a new link to install the chain, this way, it's easy to replace a chain and carry maintenance. Closed link chains are comparatively better than master link chains, as they can withstand higher shock loads.

                      Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
                      The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

                      THE END

Yes it is closed link chain, and i think service centers are also removing the swingarm to fit the new kit, as it takes time this is why the labour is is around 700 to 800.

I just booked a dommy today! Need to pick it up on Monday!! Any thing I need to be specific about? And the handling charges I'm still fighting it out with the dealer. But they insist that I've to pay. I'll have a long battle with Bajaj probably after getting my bike. Any pointers will be a great help!
                                Thanks
