        Karnataka Govt has increased MVT from 12% to 18%. This would result in the hike of on-road of so called 'HIGH-END' bikes. Anyone know when this change in tax would start? From April?

          Applicable from 1st april. if u wish to avoid it, wait for GST . I am hopeful that GST & One road tax will bring you b,lore folks much needed respite from legal robbery.

                  Here in lucknow...no showroom is giving test ride saying that its company decision. Very shocking. Also there is no leg guard available at showroom niether aftermarket. O2 sensor and oil cooler pipes are vulnerable to damage instantly if bike falls.

                    There are many showroom which are giving TR, it's the dealer who is not interested in giving TR.

                        Want to see , take along your cheque book & show them you intent. They will run around you with tails wagging. Here in noida, they have managed to sell 3 bikes since launch & are now calling for test rides . I have postponed my purchase till April end/early may as want to see the feedback of first few owners before taking plunge.

                          2 hrs ago i called on yamaha toll free number and complained the same, 15 minutes ago i got a call from 2 dealers ready to bring bike at home for test ride.
