Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
Hi!
I book the bike on the 4th and got delivery on 9th mine was one of the very first bikes to be delivered in Vasai, as usual i went for the white color the white is not pure white but pearl white which corolla was famous for on their corollas the flip side of pearl white is the color cannot be reproduced any any paint shop with the same finish
But the bike looks great yes the gears are hard rock hard i cannot find the neutral till date unless i switch off the bike and manually move the bike and find neutral but i have seen in reviews its improves with use once the gb settles down
What i do not like are the tyres they are MRF would upgrade the same as do not trust anything from MRF
i have not stretched the bike beyond 50 - 60 as want to run in the engine first can anyone help me with the run in period as my bike is not registered and hence yet to the owner mannual also what is recommended speed during that period
Also can anyone suggest tyres for upgrading them
I just got a garage cover from the dealer not interested in the helmet because it is 200 - 300 rs stuff which is useless
I am waiting for the new series to start as looking for 7 number post which i can register the bike
My initial experience are good i like the bike its peppy and builds speed faster then we think because it does without any bang bang
My only worry is the service this being serviced at normal workshop the engineers servicing them are not that great at times i had bad experience with Honda in past
The service intervals are good even benelli had a shorter service period which was a pain
----consecutive posts auto-merged-----
Dominor has six or seven LED bulb setup and FZ25 has a three bulb setup and hence there will be huge difference in the spread of light
But LED has shelf life they get duller with use and how fast that happens depends on the quality of LED and i think here is where we would find that FZ25 steels the show because the issue with Bajaj is quality of components
