Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
The actual problem i have is... my bike feels like its tilted towards right. It was there from day 1. At first the handle bar was bent.. damaged while unloading, that was repalced in warranty after a month. But the same feel was very much present. So i took it every week to reporting the same issue. Hence they keep adjusting the settings. In my Last visit, they adjusted the setting again, which caused the front end to shake vigorously. Took it to them again, they tightened few bolts and happily said it is common issue. I am so damn sure it is not common issue. I took it to 1500km tour and the bike was planted cursing at 115kmph. But now when i push it just above 70kmph, i can feel my front end shake.Originally posted by JyotishmanS View PostWhat was the cause of the problem to start? Handle wobbles are usually due to tyre profiles mostly and coneset problems after that. Check both. Also, what do you mean by front fork adjustment?

Call Yamaha Customer Service, a Yamaha technician will call you back and guide you further. You should push for warranty replacement.Originally posted by Harrisoncool View PostThe actual problem i have is... my bike feels like its tilted towards right. It was there from day 1. Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
Wrote to yamaha explaining what went wrong and took it to the service center. Yamaha technician was already present who did a test ride. After technician mechanic and some other guy had a discussion they were willing to check triple tree alignment and wheel cone. Further more they are replacing my entire fork assembly. Asked them what seems to be the problem, they said dont worry we will fix it... anyway... i will have to wait until friday to get my hands on my bike. Will keep you guys updated.Originally posted by ramdante View PostCall Yamaha Customer Service, a Yamaha technician will call you back and guide you further. You should push for warranty replacement.

Ask them to check one by one. It could be the triple tree, or the forks. Don't just replace everything.Originally posted by Harrisoncool View PostWrote to yamaha explaining what went wrong and took it to the service center. Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
Every tyre manufacturer and model will have its own psi rating. Check the tyre/manufacturer website for exact figures. What's mentioned in manuals are for OEM tyres. Applicable incase you have changed tyres/manufacturer /model.Originally posted by Kirankarunan View PostHi, the stated values are for maximum payload of 165kg. If you are carrying more weight, adjust accordingly but maybe the stability of the bike becomes less with overloading.

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
It wasnt my idea to replace. They are doing it on their own...today the service engineer called, apparently he is going to replace the stem. I asked him why, he said to improve the feeling. Still not sure what is the actual problem.Originally posted by JyotishmanS View PostAsk them to check one by one. It could be the triple tree, or the forks. Don't just replace everything.

Tell him that you will pay only for tea and nothing else bacause everything should be done under warranty because they feel so.Originally posted by Harrisoncool View PostIt wasnt my idea to replace. 110 at front? But stock size is 100. Isn't it causing a problem?Originally posted by MadhuBLR View PostHi All
