Hello everyone. I met with an accident on 17th of January and had a fracture on my right hand. I was at home for a month, during which bike was mostly idle. Now, I rode about ten kms yesterday. Some things I observed:
    1. Bike tends to stall at first gear and knock at low rpms.
    3. Gears are super hard on upshift.
What could be the possible reasons?

Flush the engine, put new oil, lube the chain, inspect and clean spark plugs, put yamaha carbon cleaner in tank.

Found the reason, clutch cable torn. Now broken. Bike fell in a washing centre two months back and the clutch lever had bent. Something felt wrong from that day itself. Now, after almost 2000 kms, clutch cable is broken.

Has anyone tried to figure out if we could change the LED bulbs/strips in the headlight to a more stronger bulb/strip? I have a feeling it's a single unit from Fiem industries, but am still trying to learn more about it. End goal - better illumination for night riding, especially in areas with no lights.
I know that if changing LEDs in the headlight isn't going to work, than no choice but to add aux lights. In this case, I'd be great if you could give a recommendation on which LED aux lights are great (with pictures).

Also, if anyone bought handlebar risers, could you send me a pic or give me a link from where to buy? I live in Mumbai (suburbs) and so far, haven't found a place that sells risers.
PS: If anyone is looking for a wider handlebar, I think that Dominar handlebar will be good. Going to try it myself in a few days.

            Thanks!

There's about 60 watts of spare power in the bike. It's not difficult to use about 25w of power out of that but, the issue after that is the heating inside the pilot lamp chamber.
Regarding raisers, Lluvia sells them and I know a few people who have used them to their satisfaction.

I got see the bike in flesh today. It looks fabulous and nearly similar to older version. The color schemes are different the ones I saw were cyan blue and matt black. The dealer does not have matt blue yet. The cyan is not to my taste. Matt black looks too black as there no other color to it except FZ25 sticker on tank decals.

I have booked the matt black as it was my first choice, may be putting some silver and red rim stickers will reduce blackness of the bike.

Few observations - The exhaust pipe is different and claimed anti rust. There is a sensor on the exhaust pipe, few inches away from where it joins the engine. I am not sure if it was there for previous versions. ABS discs are very evident on front and rear. The exhaust note sounded littler deeper than V2.0. Rest all looks same and one cannot tell difference visually between V2.0 and V3.0 if color is overlooked.

Details on booking - the on road in Pune is exactly 1.6 lacs with extended warranty. The extended warranty covers engine and gearbox excluding the consumables (example clutch plates) but it will cover factory fault for year 3, 4 and 5 or 80000 kms. The dealer said he will provide temporary number in 6 days from today which can be used till actual number is received. I took the bike key with me as I do not want them to allow test rides or any funky stuff with the bike while its already on my name. I will have my bike with me once the cheque clears and will post some pictures.

Need help - I ran the bike engine for couple of minutes in idle. In these 2 minutes the exhaust pipe was really hot to touch. Is it normal behavior? The technician said its new bike and will be bit more hot for first few hundred kms.
Congratulations on getting your new motorcycle

                      Absolutely. Just needs sparking once.

Go to a battery repair shop, they'll put it on electrodes and do it.

Thank you for the advice! The Lluvia website was gold! I still haven't figured out if we can replace the LEDs inside the main headlight unit... I guess I gotta keep researching...

As I told, the wattage is there for the taking. But, how do you calculate heat tolerance?
