It all begins with a thumb-start -- Oh, wait, I forgot the kill-switch

Oh Dear!..There are few things you need to notice before..
Handlebars vibrate..Speedo shows less than or equal to 80kmph and the needle of the tacho dances @6K...That is the moment you'll get maximum juice out of the machine!
If you ride like there's no tomorrow...worry not there won't be!

Ride in the range of 5000 (+/- 500) rpm n u would get the best fuel efficiency... (if that is what you are looking for)

the silver long bar you see that connects the shifter to the gearbox, it's been bolted at two places covered by the black cap, lube it there.

Ride it below 4000RPM, shift at 4500 max at every gear, dont rev it unnecessarily, avoid sudden acceleration, switch off the engine at traffic lights and it'll reward you with above 55.

                      • During my recent trip to Harihareswar from Mumbai my bike returned a decent mileage of 42 considering the fact that i was quite fast all throughout the trip. Otherwise for regular riding it gives above 45 consistently

                        • Mileage is not an issue on RTR 180... even I get a decent 46 - 48.
