          Apache RTR 180 Run-in Period Ending Questions

          Hi everyone..i own an apache rtr 180 and am about to finish the engine running-in period.I did a little revivng and a few bursts of high speed during this time but never crossed 60 and the high speeds lasted for around 20-30 seconds.I would like to know did i damage the engine in anyway and also now that i have completed the running in period how much can i push the engine?Can i take it above 4k rpms and should i try going for top speeds.Also 1 last thing will there be alot of vibrations above the 4k rpm range?Thank You

                today while riding on my friend's rtr while maneuvering at parking speed i felt front wheel kinda wobbling.what is the issue folks?
                and the question remains why do i race?
                every finishing line is the begining of a new race.

                #i have learnt to manipulate my own adrenaline and the perception of biking is different.
                #overkill is underrated.
                #how random roads may appear there is always a destination.sigpic
                #i don't subscribe to co-incidence,either it is the rider or the other moron on the road
                (:)people keeps on saying add spark to life, bajaj got hold of that idea and added an extra spark to bike.

                    Hi apachians...am about to complete my running-in period and wanted to know how far can i push the engine now??can i go above 4k rps and also what are the advantages of changing the engine oil to castrol or motul rather than the stock?

                      i think his forks might be slightly bent! find an empty and safe stretch and try riding the bike leaving both ur hands. if the bike pulls to a side, then the forks are bent!
                      also check the cone set!

                      hey, welcome to xbhp !
                      if u completed 1000 kms sanely, gradually increase ur speed by 10 km/hr for every 100 kms ridden! yes u can go above 4k rpm but dont redline it just as yet!
                      for now atleast till ur 3 services it is preferable to use tvs true4 that the svc guys use!

                                The problem i am facing from quite some time is that my bike gets stuck on neutral alot of times...and this is really frustrating in traffic when i stop and then start again only to realize that its not gone into 2nd gear but instead stuck on neutral....does this happen because there is a problem in the bike??should i change the engine oil i have just done 1000kms!
