Thats pretty cheap & I believe thats the right price.

@All
BTW tubeless valve/tubeless nozzle/tubeless convertor the price range is pretty huge. BTW when I went to enquire about this in other local mechanic shops I could see two types. One is completely rubber type & another one is kind of metallic with rubber fitting in one end. The fully rubberized type is quoted as 100/- bucks. But my concern are they meant for bikes or cycles. Will it be really able to withstand the air pressure of bikes in pretty good speeds?
Also can anyone share the pic if anyone has put such a setup in your bike. Atleast I can be sure that Im not buying the wrong one.

EDIT:
Adding images of two tubeless nozzles I came across:
The below one is quoted as 100/-rs. I'm concerned how reliable it is?

The below one is quoted 200/-rs.

Which one among this are you guys using??
Are all these coming in universal size? Do they have specific size depending on rim size or tire size?

Wow..wow...Look who is here. Great to see the lads (@onlinesatish, @julianpaul, @chicane1879) back here in this thread. Julian has been active like once in every 2-3 months or maybe less than that. He is totally unpredictable like he comes online all of a sudden and is very active & then suddenly disappears. While you my friend, the last time I saw you heading into this thread was some one year back I guess. Same with chicane .
Only @prateek is the one, who is sort of consistent in being active since the time I joined xbhp.
Some guys who are still missing in this thread are @lijok, @vishnu.leo, @Adarsh_Bk. (I might have missed a few )

BTW thanks for the info satish. I should have checked the SVC before. Anyway will update the progress.

Only Non-ABS version available in Black matte currently. It was said even Abs version in black matte are available.. But I enquired like 6-7 dealers no one was able to procure one. So they either stopped manufacturing or didn't even start producing black abs models.

No, only the non abs one is available in matte black. I purchased one in April. I had to wait for one week after booking.

Sorry, forgot to mention the tubeless valve part number, only remembered when Satish mentioned it.

N9112880 VALVE TUBELESS
Btw, I couldn't get it at my svc, they had a right-angled valve for scooters but not the bike one.

Hey Satish ! Good to hear from you too.

I almost got a cage last monsoon, but somehow held on...

Can someone with access to an open rim check if the valve hole is .453" or .625" ?

Guys i have finally found out why my bike gave such horrible mileage.the Tyre pressure at the rear was 26 PSI. Today also got my chain lubed (this was the culprit as well i think i hadn't lubed my chain for like 1500kms ) and Bike polished, and he Charged me 200 bucks for everything how much does the SVC charge for chain lube??? also the mechanic checked the engine Oil level and he said there is a decrease,I poured in Shell AX7 advance semi-synthetic 10w40 approx 2000 kms back, does this oil reduce over time???how long does it last??

-No symptoms of oil consumption by the engine. Doesn't look like there are any leaking gaskets etc.
-The air box has hardly about 10-20ml of oil which I think is expected, so I don't think there is excessive blow-by of gases past the piston either, not sure though. Going to try a different oil to see if there is a dip in engine oil level.
-Nearing 30,000km on the odo and bike is in all stock conditions except for the front tyre and rear sprocket (using rtr 160's 44T rear sprocket)
-Planning to go for a HDEO oil during next oil change as they have relatively higher amount of detergents and help in cleansing the engine internals (just trying this for about 1500km). Engine head has not been decarbonised yet.
-Also planning to use fuel additive such as system g etc for the next full tank of fuel.
-The next cosmetic mod in the pipeline is integrated tail-light :P will try this out over the next 2weeks and update this thread
-Timing chain seems to be making noticeable sound but nothing alarming at the moment.
-Now the rear tvs tyre skids at the slightest hint of wet road or sand on the road without even applying the brakes. Looking at a tyre change in the next 6-7k km :O
- Brake pads - 4th set of front brake pads, rear brake pads are still stock and have lots of life left.
-The troublesome oil filter bolt is finally fixed and no more oil leakage
Are you facing any loss in performance?
I also had similar situation, oil level used to decrease after 1000 kms even if i rode sane. There were no leaks, no trace of oil in the exhaust and no smoke. The culprit were valves, the exhaust valve was in bad condition and i was also facing loss in performance and mileage, and oil level droped around 100 - 200 ml after 1000 - 1500 kms.
This happened at 30k kms on odo.

Could the exhaust valve be the culprit in my case also?? i just replaced the bore a couple of months back,so i presume even Valves will be new.

Since everything is new, i dont think it can be valves.

I am thinking of changing the sprockets after about 2-3 thousand kilometers because i am using the bike mainly on the highways.by changing the sprockets will the mileage increase during highway rides??

He charged you too much.
You can clean and lube chain on your own, its very easy and it also saves some money and most importantly gives you satisfaction of working on your bike.
In this heat change the oil between 1500 - 2000 kms and also keep checking the oil level every 500 kms.
During winters you can run it till 2500 kms

If you are concerned about mileage then try to keep the rpm below 7k rpm and changing sproket for taller gearing will help you achive your desired crusing speed(read 90-100 kmph) at a lower rpm which might help you achive better FE but the downside is that you will lose a bit of acceleration.

Hi pranav. The svc charges around Rs.33 for lubing the chain . They charge around 115 for polishing. Since you are into long rides it would be better if you buy the tvs chain spray & apply every 700-750 kms

The Beast runs on BS29 carb. Could be helpful if someone could tell me the jet nos.
What is the size of the pilot and main jets?
I think there is wrong info provided in the online manual.
Hoping for confirmation from owners.
Ride it like you stole it! But buy your own helmet.
