Well. Here's my in detail experience, and why I'm saying shell makes a difference. From the day I bought my babe, I've been filling her up with shell. Three full tanks of shell, and I progressively observed the vibes going down. I attributed this to the fact that I was breaking in the bike, and the piston and cylinder were getting along better now. Then I had my first accident. Bike was with the SVC for a week, and the stole my petrol. Replaced it with petrol from the nearby HP bunk. This was not that bad. Vibes were more in comparison to before. Three days after I got my bike back, I had another major accident. Again, petrol was replaced. This time with Indianoil. Now, the vibes were terribly more compared to earlier. I even felt them at speeds like 30-40kph which wasn't there before. And post 70, it was horrible. Unfortunately, the petrol got over before I could fill up at shell. And co incidentally this happened right in front of an Indianoil bunk. And I filled their extra premium just to check. No difference. Vibes as bad as ever. Then I filled up at shell AFTER draining out all the old petrol and leaving the tank lid open to evaporate what's left. After filling shell petrol twice, the vibes are down again. And back to how it was before the petrol was changed. Thus I say shell petrol is the best.

I have also had similar experiences. Filling up with Shell results in least vibes, followed by BP which is pretty close to shell. HP and IO are different stories.
                IMO, Shell>=BP>>HP>>>...>IO

                  It's like a credit card, I think
They charge 250(not sure if it's the exact amount) they give u a card with certain limit, but when u take the card to swipe you will have to buy petrol for minimum 1300+...which really didnot sound useful to me, had they reduced the minimum to some 1000 Rs I'd have been the first guy in the queue.
The best I have done is for 1200
Its useful for car owners, not me

Its because Shell petrol is least adulterated.

Its of no use to anyone. If there was any benefit like points or free petrol after X no of points then its worth considering.
If your credit card has petrol waiver then use your credit/debit card alone.
Shell Card membership fee is Rs 100 which has to be renewed every year, so you end up paying extra bucks just for convenience of cashless shopping.

                      • Hi guys,
I am in trouble because my bike got new problem, day before yesterday my brother washed bike by water and after 1 hour I took my bike to my friends place & the bike was still little wet. I came back to home, I ride approx 3-4km and while parking the bike suddenly smoke started to come from downside portion of speedometer, I saw what is the problem but didn’t get it, I started my bike 2-3 times to check whether its starting or not properly, but it was normal at that time, I had small ride also.
And yesterday I plugged my key but bike was like dead no response from speedometer, I kicked bike for 5-6 times but nothing was happening. My bike was completely dead.
What would be the main cause of it and what should I do?????
My bike is just 1.5month old

Maybe the fuse must have gone kaput.
Check with SVC & you dont have to worry as you can get it changed under warranty.
Please dont say that you washed (even though its no harm) & all those stuffs. If you say so they will put the blame on you & you will end up paying for the damage.

Still I'd say "because you washed it with water".
                              Maybe water in carb.

Well, we must water wash our bikes but never put water on the tank near the petrol lid. It may sometimes lead to water somehow entering inside and finally collecting in the carb. (though there is an outlet from the tank especially for this purpose, but sometimes; shit happens.... )
