With the price specified, it got to be mineral oil.

My friend warned me that i shouldnt leave the bike on stand. Yesterday i night i left it on side stand and m out today. I wont be able to put it in centre stand till evening. Will it affect the new engine? And any easy tip to use the centre stand ? :P

No it will not affect the engine. But it can effect the stand itself, though I doubt one day on stand will be a problem. Your bike is FI right? If so no worries about fuel leaks or engine flooding either.
As for the centre stand, it should have a small rod protruding from it. Put your weight on it (step on it and push down) while pulling on the grab rail.

srinath2494 : Nothing will happen. Neither to engine nor to stand.
Balgi : RTRs are carb. And then also fuel wont leak until and unless the tank is filled upto the brim.

in the specs on web it was given that it is something like digitial spark ignition in the fuelling section. i thought it was a FI engine. but in the manual it was given carburetor .

i had a nightmare using the centre stand. due to rain, the whole place was wet and when i tried pulling it with the grab rail and handle i almost slipped it to the other side :P the bike felt real heavy :P on the dry to i tend to slip it to the other side :P i cant get the technique yet

what about the engine oil settling to one side due to side stand? thats what my friend told me. but still, until i get the ease on the centre stand, can i use the side stand for long hours? like over night?

Yeah, that will be taken care of by the oil circulation system of the engine so don't worry nothing's gonna happen to your new babe.
Also you can just push down hard on the rod attached to the side stand while tugging on the handle and pulling on the grab rail. Remember to do this as if trying to lift the rear up a bit. I used the centre stand on a bullet on a slippery surface in the rain, the rtr should be cake in comparison.

All b.s regarding oil. I have seldom kept my bike on centre stand in these 4 years (only if I dont have saddle bags). And my bike is doing great

srinath2494 congrats for you new ride. Many new bikes in market comes without the option of main stand, so I don't think it will damage any thing. My friend's karizma has never been on main stand for past 5 years & is still going strong.
