Cheer up.. and yeah.. 8k is too much for the crank replacement alone... crank comes within 3k (forgot exact amount)

      Guys I dont know what to do,,I m feeling that as if I am turning the wrong screw for setting the idle RPM.....The screw for adjusting the idling rpm is the one which is near the petrol knob right which is like some kind of spring facing downwards....


      whenever I am trying to set it near 1.2k also the whole handle starts to vibrate..the vibrations are not that much but still when I m in first gear and still holding the clutch in signals or in heavy traffic it is troublesome,,,,any solutions to this ,,,,

      If i set the rpm to arounf 1k then the vibrations are almost nil...will it be any problem if i keep the idling rpm low around 1K???

        guys need immediate help with this :

        in the hunt for DC conversion.. i came aceoss a mech. He says he would replace the current battery to a korean battery.. and add an extra coil...
        by doing this he says the charging system of my bike will improve... and i won't have any probs. with my HID kit den on...
        Is he right??

          Yeah even i am also hoping so.....i pray that as you are saying its a crank well he told me about that the total cost goes around 8k but lets c....but thatnks for your tip on this...man i am really worried

                          Replacement of Stock TVS Tyres

                          Dear XBHPians,

                          While taking turns on a wet concrete tarmac, the front tyre of my RTR tends to slip...Is it a generic problem of TVS stock tyres that is faced by all? Sometimes while driving even at a speed of 50 KMPH, the skidding of the tyres is noticeable. This is really scary especially during monsoons.

                          If need be for replacement of tyres, what are the possible alternates which I can opt for?

                            The stock tyres sucks,go for R15 front tyre MRF Zapper Y 80/90 17'' & for the rear Zapper C9Dazzler's rear tyre).

                            EDIT:Today,lubed the chain with TVS chain spray,oiled the throttle & clutch cables too.Did all the work myself at home.Putting the cables back again is a great task though.

                                read somewhere that MRF is better than IRC..
                                me too got my tyres changed 2 days back..
