I hope it will definitely clear some of your doubts.

Oh, so you have a FFE installed on your bike. Why don't we meet someday and exchange our rides for a few minutes or hours?

Are you residing anywhere close to Indirapuram. My friend, who's a resident of the same locality, often tells me about a guy riding a white menace. He says, that guy (I'd be happy if it's you) has got everything installed in his bike. A FFE, projector headlamps and wears a LS2 helmet ( I remember, you purchased a LS2 sometime back). So, is it you my friend envious of or some other guy?

My friend has a P220(grey) and is a complete nut. I am sure he might have raced with you sometime.

PS: Sorry, for that long post if it isn't you!
If you ride like there's no tomorrow...worry not there won't be!

+1.Its a good practice to press & release the clutch a few times before starting the engine OR crank the engine with the ignition OFF.If your bike is well tuned then it should start at the first or second(full) kick with the above methods.

Yes the roar is amazing but still video did not gave full justice to the sound, it sounds better when heard in person.

            Wow thats even cool bro

            @ALL
How much do the battery on our ride last, if self starter is used almost 90%

            I've noticed something lately like:
The display turned off for a sec and then turned on while key in ignition position. On one occasion, the battery indicating light turned on for a while too. My bike is almost 19 months old. Is it time for a battery replacement? There is no trouble in self starting though

he said don't just extend the kick lever and start kicking like crazy. He instead asked me to gently press the kick lever as far as it goes without actually kicking it. A point will come when the lever will become stiff. It is at this point that you should always start and end your kicking motion. I tried it. And within 2 kicks the bike came to life.
Try this if you aren't doing it already.

I too had the problem. But a little bit of carb setting and this technique solved it.

I wrote to Joel some time back and he said FFE would bump up the power by atleast 2 BHP.

Hmm to extend life of battery you should always start with all lights off, try to follow this for the next battery battery should last for 2 years generally

I noticed this too when i twist the throttle and leave it to decelerate at 50kmph speed the clutch lever moves , told this in last service he told it because of improper clutch play and fixed it some how , but again i am getting it need to go to svc not sure if its some thing to be concerned about or not

please guys please tell where should i go what should i do! i am so frustrated and angry!

EDIT:.Yesterday, got the last free service done from Priyanka TVS at Panvel. The servicing work was very good, much much better than other svc centres I have seen.I will recommend this SVC centre to everyone staying in and around Panvel. Now the jerking issues at lower rpms is completely solved. The culprit was the0 TPS(Throttle positioning sensor). Also bought the feeler guage and got the tappets adjusted from my mech as per the company spec i.e.0.06mm for intake & 0.08mm for the exhaust, the svc guys had kept very low clearance at the exhaust valve. All this work was done in front of me as I NEVER 'leave' the bike for the SVC guys to rip/rape it on behalf of me. Overall, the ride is much smoother than before and seems more eager to redline!!!
Engine oil was again replaced with SHELL AX-7 10W40 SS oil-Rs315,excellent engine oil atleast for me!
                            Oil filter replaced-Rs40
                            TPS replaced-Rs120

Dude glad to here about this! I am facing the siame problem! SVC have replaced CDI Unit, Carburetor and spark Plug with no luck . I will make them Replace TPS now !!!

I have a question : the second photo is of Feeler gauge ? and Which Valve is Intake and Which on is Exhaust? If i am guessing it correct then the one near to Exhaust is exhaust valve rite? and the other one is Intake.

I am pissed off with this problem! I just hate driving bike in traffic coz it gives jerk/hiccups at lower RPM. Need your inputs on this.

I really hope this solves it!!

Hmm if nothings wrong with bike which i think so then you should probably look into the petrol quality and quantity. Try shell or ignore this if you filled up with shell petrol itself.

Then you should try replacing the TPS unit, that should solve the issue. But first, check whether the carb is properly tuned and air cleaner not clogged. And,yes, the one near the carb side is intake while the other on the exhaust side is exhaust valve.
