Well, that was a very wrong wording from my end. I mean 2 kmpl or so.
My dad uses ZMA tire on his Splendor since it was lying in the garage idle. His mileage dipped by 2 kmpl.

I have calculated my splendour plus mileage after changing the stock tyre to 100/80-18 is 68kmpl@40kmph speed.is there any further improvement in mileage after first service.

Yes it will increase for sure. Just make sure you dont let service guys add any engine oil additive to engine oil. They will ask you to use it, straightaway say no.

Why I am saying so?

I used that in 4th service and this time in 5th I didnt. Bike has absolutely no change. Engine running as smooth as before (even more), no overheating etc.

And you are getting good mileage so dont let the service guy touch the carb settings.

Hero Moto Splendor/Joy/CD-Dawn/Passion

I have a CD Dawn. Currently i am facing problem that my speedometer (needle) is working fine. But odometer (which shows kms travelled) is not working from last 2 days.
Can we repair this ourself ?
can expert suggest on this ?

If there is any loose connection inside the meter, we can fix it.

It looks like the gears are worn/broken. It is better to get it done with some speedometer repair shops.

Guys sometime i got 65,68,60kmpl mileage under 40kmph speed. If i calculate total fuel and total km travel then i got 62kmpl.i think this is very low as compared to platina which gives 75kmpl in the same riding and on the same road.

How old (w.r.t days and ODO) are both bikes in question?

Splendor is 281 km and platina is 310.not even one month old.
Splendor is running with tubless tyres
100-80-18.
