The condition is ok-ish. The front tyre and tube are untouched from day 1. The rear tyre got punctured 3 times and the tube was changed last year.

I did not change the tyres. They are factory fitted. CEAT secura zoom.

The bike is very very smooth now. As the engine gets older, the bike gets better.

What mechanics have said correct. Your bike engine is consuming oil, meaning that the cylinder/block/bore is damaged and the engine oil is coming to the combustion area where your spark plug is situated.
And when the engine oil is burned with the combustion it produce white smoke which you are seeing at high rpm. If you cannot see at low rpm, it stills burns, the amount of smoke is less at low rpm therefore it cannot be easily seen.
Since oil is getting burnt therefore you got so much less engine oil when drained.

Due to damaged block/piston your engine has compression loss and therefore it is not doing well above 40kph. Must have struggles to pull at uphill and with pillion it gets more worst.

Your spark plug is wet because as i stated, oil is reaching combustion area. And the amount of oil which has come out from the spark plug hole is too much. Infact it shouldn't have come as spark plug seals that area completely. Make sure plug is tight and threads are not damaged i hope so.

        Now what should you do..
Well if you're are a DIY person, you can go ahead with the questions on how you can do that yourself.
Or if you're planning to get it done outside. Then get it done as they say and use all OE parts. Getting re-bore with oversize piston cost less but life of engine will not good as new block piston.

As far as parts are concerned. Anyone can only tell after opening the engine and doing inspection what are worn and what are reusable. However packing kit, oil seals, o-ring, block, valves, crank bearing, connecting rod, t-chain & rollers are common things and does require change.
Mechanic will give you list of parts and buy it all from service center. And get your engine assembled in front of you.

I'm sorry i don't know any good mechanic in Delhi as i do work myself.

After you get this work done, the compression will be back. Bike will pull effortlessly that you will love to ride. No more white smoke will come. Spark plug will be dry. And oil level will be intact.

I hope this addresses most of your concern.

Thanks for the reply. I have my doubts cleared.

Can I get USHA piston - bore kit for super splendor? Is this available for super splendor? Or should I go for OE(Rs 2300), well some other company's kit like MAHLE(Rs 1500) is also avaliable. Will it be good to go for MAHLE?

Mahle is good but USHA is best. If usha make it for super splendor then you will definitely find it. Get USHA and be aware of fake ones. Check hologram and it should appear clear. See engine overhaul post on my signature and you will get pictures of USHA block/piston.
If you can't find outside then get OE as they are now coming with USHA and Goteze make.

I was thinking about using a thermistor with a microcontroller and mount a display on the dashboard . But it will be helpful if I get any idea about the range so that i can be sure that the thermistor will work on that range especially in hot Indian summers.

A week ago while I was riding on highway my bike(super splendor) stopped and then refused to start. Pulled it to a nearby mechanic who checked and changed the spark plug of some local make(Rs 50) and the bike did start easily. That relaxed me at that time and I went home. But the problem of oil leakage did not stop around spark plug. After two days, I went to buy original spark plug from Hero service center which has provided me spark plug of champion make(Rs 114). After plugging it I find three changes:-
                  • The oil leakage has stopped completely around spark plug area.
                  • Pick up has increased or I can say improved.
                  • Overall pulling capacity has improved.

How spark plug is related to all these?

                  To all xbhpians----------
I have uploaded the video of super splendor? What more could be inferred from the sound of the bike?

Please note that spark plug change is a temporary fix and the bike may stall again in middle of road when you don't expect it at all.
I have experienced this when my Hunk's engine was consuming oil similar to yours. My ride was mostly in city and I was able to find some shop to buy a new spark plug.
If you ride much on highways, suggest you to have the permanent fix soon.

Can be one of a few hundred things , since we have no idea about the service history of the bike , i.e who did what and how much and in what order to it

For reliable service ( which is more important ) to you now ensure -

                          i) there remains no condition in the engine that causes the plug to get oil fouled .
ii) use exact plug type ( make & model number ) recommended for the bike in it's owner's manual .
iii) seat and tighten the plug exactly as described in that manual for both new & re-used plugs as is the case . Clean the plug hole and use a drop of oil on the plug thread prior to putting it in . The plug-hole threads on the engine are okay ?
iv) check plug cable , spark strength & use known-good ( preferably new ) plug cap .

                          • Capacitors as battery

Yesterday my battery went wrong. Unfortunately its positive terminal wire came out. Same happened with my old battery 2 years back.

My mechanic earlier soldered it and run for 2 months. now is there any option to repair it permanently ?

Earlier i used capacitor instead of battery and it was running very good. same i refitted again. It works well. only problem that when engine is off nothing works. When engine is on everything works.

                            refer below link

                            Run your Bike without Battery

I just bought 3 capacitors of 250 microF 16V and soldered + terminals together & -ve terminals together,
I connected 2 wires for easy fitments. fixed it in a plastic box (visiting card box). remove old battery/ disconnect it. Connect +ve of capacitor with +ve terminal to +ve wire where we connect battery and -ve to -ve.

Just if anyone want to try bring 2-3 capacitor, Just twist its terminals and connect as battery. cost max Rs 50/-

Is any draw back of using this ? any one tried this ?

Just addition - Now a days for solar systems peoples are not using batteries which needs replacement. They use capacitor banks.
