    thanks.
I don't think gears are damaged. 70k kms is not much. My joy is at 4 lacs and gearbox hasn't been touched.

Usually 2nd gear is more prone to damage. Tell me your symptoms and i can pinpoint the problems. Gearbox problem is bullshit as for that you have to open the whole engine.
Don't open the engine in hurry.

That's the pushrod oil bolt. Usually it is not touched until pushrod takes air and doesn't pump oil. This bolt has never been opened in my joy.

Change that washer. Leakage will stop.

    Updates on my Bike:-

Change both the front and rear tyres.

Front- Since 2.50-18 tyre is not available any more fitted 2.78-18 tyre. Ceat secure Zoom. Difference is that front takes more distance to turn.

Rear- Fitted my favourite tyre. Ceat secura M86. 3.00-18.

Now speedometer needs to be changed for correction in reading. Also Have to increase the rear sprocket by one teeth to accommodate changes in gearing.

From what I see in the pic, it appears to be a case wherein the bolt has damaged or cut the gasket behind the case. This is apparently leaking through the bolt.

        thanks sibun sir,

my bike is making some tak, tak, tak noise when we pull the clutch for changing gears, or on 40-50 kmph speed.

the noise is not regular but comes several times when changing gears, and no problem and shound after shifting the gears and leaving the clutch.

please suggest what could be happend i want to solve it fast before some thing worst happens.

The recommended is PRZ9HC for Passion Pro. If 7 is a hot plug then there would be no cold starts with PRZ7HC as compared to 9?

                      Its opposite.

9 is hotter plug. 7 is colder. 9 comes as recommendation in pleasure. Old model.

In ngk it's opposite. Lower the number hotter the plug.

Equivalent of PRZ9HC is ngk CR6HSA

I have also bought Champion PRZ7HC from Hero. I wanted to know your model because the recommended is PRZ9HC. But since you have been using it without any niggles so I hope it works good on mine too.

Going to replace plug and tune carb after some days.
