just an update guys
after whole day of daud dhup in maya puri(an auto junk market out here in delhi).
finally i got myself a 99 model cbz exaust and got it fitted into my bike...it's seriosly awesome...
nyyc heavy thump...
and a good throttle feel....
actually feeling somewat like a free flow exaust...
my old exaust was actually about to expire..
as it was having many holes down and even
sometime it use to sound pathetically....
it costed me 800 bucks with exachanging of the old one...

A small update from me.. Changed the Sprocket & now I have stock 14/46 Set up & came back to stock handle from RD handle.
I don't know after coming back to stock sprocket set up I am feeling like I have got all the power in low/ Mid range which seriously lacked with 15tsigpicAll India Permit 1+1

I guess I had told you you'll need torque if you go for 15T front sprocket. You needed better cruising and power didnt matter to you much those days.....Yeah...You'll feel that for sometime....Cbz is no less than a human....When you fixed the 15T upfront....It got adjusted to drive at 15T though with some difficulties....and so did you adjusted timing the clutch, gear change and Throttle. Now that You have 14T upfont it's getting adjusted....and so are you...with the aboce mentioned parameter's That feel doesnt stay all long...Once it and you get settle with those parameters it would be normal once again. I wonder where I'll get the exhaust in pune....So cheap....Even i wanted to change the exhaust as it has a dent over it....But dont wanna get the Exhaust with bigger outlet....I hate that firing....and I hate how it looks....Though it comes cheap....2700 at HH OEM Spare shop....Now I have the one with smaller outlet....I checked it's price at HH spare shop. Not that I dint like the bike with 15t up front, I wanted to put everything as new so the stock set up, but I found out with 15t up front it is very difficult for the bike to reach its top speed @ 105kmph It used to die where as earlier with stock I could hit 115kmph on SpeedoOriginally posted by maxx View PostI guess I had told you you'll need torque if you go for 15T front sprocket. One more imp thing is with stock bike will pull all the way from word go till 70, 80kmph & it is not quiet the same with 15t post 60kmph bike takes little long time.

my Mileage went for a toss with 15t, so I want to know if it was the real culprit by checking now with stock.
all normal but infact dat top-speed wala thing is quiet true it reaches 105kmph with loads and loads of difficulties...
but anyways for city riding it is awesome...
crusing is fun on 15t....
and guys one more update:
i somehow manged to get nissin disc caliper with original nissin disc pads to my babe...
dnt know about the braking as is new but yes obviously it is getting better
after every kilometer....
and it is golden color from outside so kind of pretty looking good....

Guys any idea what is the cost of Front shocks ??
I am facing very bad wobbling of handle bar at high speeds more than 80kmph & also the front seems to weave sideways in all speeds, If I accelerate the bike from stand still, it tends to drag any of the either way & not straight don't know why it is happening
Even when braking- bike drags sideways before coming to halt.
Checked with ASC those ppl checked & said T-stem & bedding bolt were loose which they tightened but no use it still the same.
Swing arm bush was also checked - it seems it is fine.

i even faced it a lot..
according to me it is because of disbalanced rims/spokes...
try getting them balanced..
will not cost you more than 150-160 bucks...
try it once.
and try getting them balanced manually not through machine..(my personal opinion).....sigpic"ride with the angels"

This has already been checked, Infact I have new spokes on rear wheel & front seems to be ok.
