try ambition, Zma or CBZ xtreme's any one of those might fitOriginally posted by harryhunt7 View Postyesterday my chain broke and the chain cover also got damaged. I am replacing it with a Rolon Chain, I am not able to get the original chain cover from HH, can someone suggest another chain cover which is a direct fit for CBZ Classic maybe from the pulsar or RTR?

Yes i agree with abhilas.Instead of Rolon go for OEM sprokets. JUst 100 bucks extra than rolon. It gives better perfomance.EACH RIDE TEACHES YOU TO RESPECT YOUR BIKEAND BIKER IN YOU.

Yeah I am trying to get the original chain cover from HH, I am going to try the Rolon chain for once as I recently bought the OEM Sprokets & chain set from HH for Rs. 750 3-4 months back and since then my chain was giving me problems and came off twice & broke the third timeOriginally posted by adernaline View PostYes i agree with abhilas.Instead of Rolon go for OEM sprokets. . I guess the mechanic who installed it initially did not adjust it well and might have kept it a bit loose. Anyways will keep the OEM sprokets & just try the Rolon chain they seem a good Indian brand and not some Chinese stuff.

I have run Rolon sprockets for 25k & it worked brilliantly for me, but at the first place my stock chain sprocket lasted as long as 60kOriginally posted by adernaline View PostYes i agree with abhilas.Instead of Rolon go for OEM sprokets. JUst 100 bucks extra than rolon. It gives better perfomance.
I think you have a problem with either chain or fitting of chain, how can a brand new chain can break with in such short period ?Originally posted by harryhunt7 View PostYeah I am trying to get the original chain cover from HH, I am going to try the Rolon chain for once as I recently bought the OEM Sprokets & chain set from HH for Rs. 750 3-4 months back and since then my chain was giving me problems and came off twice & broke the third time

I think it broke as I was going fast and it got stuck in chain guard or rear whel after coming off as it was a bit loose. I have put new Rolon chain & sprokets as well and an OEM chain cover. It works great now
Also, Can someone tell me which are the best replacement rear shockers for the CBZ Classic as I don't want to put the OEM one's again but some ting better like gas shockers on hunk, rtr, pulsar. Has anyone tried this MOD? Then please give feedback.

good always make it a habit to lube your chain even though it has full chain cover, that will avoid this kind of problem.Originally posted by harryhunt7 View PostI think it broke as I was going fast and it got stuck in chain guard or rear whel after coming off as it was a bit loose. Coming to shocks - you can very well use the Gas shocks from ZMR, but in my opinion CBZ already has the best shocks.
Kool, I had a 2001 model too & I had done 83k on Odo before I sold itOriginally posted by abinxavier View PostI owned a 01 CBZ super sprint and It completed 72k in oddo.. Still performing well.

A few problems with my CBZ
hey CBZians how r ull doing? was experiencing some rare troubles with my steed so decided to ask the experts out here, here are the problems am facing :
1) this am sure is a common one..when d front shokups go into a pothole, there is a huge thud sound accompanied by some painful vibrations on my hands..feels like the tyre is taking in all the pressure...will changing to ZMA springs help?
2) whenever i dis-engage the accelerator i can hear a tik tik sound from the engine head as if someone is playing a drum inside it,on some days it is so bad dat the bike stalls after experiencing hiccups and the kicker becomes completely loose, have to wait for 5mins for the kicker to come back to its original strength.
my bike has completed 52k and is going strong inspite of two major falls,i change the engine oil regularly...will be really greatful if you guys help me out at the earliest..THANK YOU in advanceOBJECTS IN THE MIRROR OF MY BEAST DO NOT APPEAR CLOSE- THEY SIMPLY DISAPPEAR !!!

help on DC lighting
Hi everyone. As per my previous post i done mods on my cbz for dc lighting. I req. help on my lighting, they are as follow:
1. Ape rr unit is not able charge de 7amh batt.
2. I even changed my bulb from 60/55W to 35W but i throw of light is like candle light is more brighter than i light.
3. I hav installed relay to my light but no change in light.
4. I havnt rewound my coil still original.
So wat should i do to increase my light brightness? Should i change de stator coil with ZMA or ZMR? Is de zma coil is direct fit in classic cbz? I cant wound coil in pune since knw1 does here. Also my mech said de coil rewinding is not reliable. So wat is de cost of ZMA or ZMR stator coil/
Pls reply soon.EACH RIDE TEACHES YOU TO RESPECT YOUR BIKEAND BIKER IN YOU.

Some Silly but urgent queries.....
1. I want to change the front disc assembly (full set)... but when i asked about the price i was shocked to know that the calliper itself costs >4000 bucks.. Is it true? If yes then can anyone suggest me an alternative, as in which bike's disc assembly is a direct fit to CBZ classic (2000 model.)
2. for the front shocks... what can be done as dont even feel that they exist... changed oil many a times but no use..... how much will the ZMA's spring cost? will changing the spring only solve the issue?
3. lots of vibrations in my bike.... what might be the probable reason? engine issues?
thanks in advance
